“All I had was an iced coffee. There was some confusion regarding my app code, but the shift manager made adjustments. No smiles from any of the team members, but my needs were met. Went in to use the restroom as well and the restaurant was nice and clean.“

“I wasn't sure what to order the first few times I came to cafe 19, but now that I've found my favorite drinks (French toast iced latte with maple cold foam or the witches brew iced latte) I'm here 5 times a week. “I went there for coffee and spent $9 dollars on a drink which was fine. But when I was sitting they made me get up saying that table is only reserved for 2 or more people. The place was empty so it’s not like I was taking up space. It was very embarrassing to say the least. I will not be going back. Customer was lacking !“

“The baristas are so kind and welcoming when you walk into the space. I ordered a caramel latte and it was the most delicious coffee I've ever had, and I experiment a lot with various coffees. I told them my preference of how I like my coffee, and they were happy to cater to my needs, and also the caramel latte I ordered was BUTTERY!!! I could taste the rich caramel flavor, and the next few days after I went, all I could think about was that latte.
