“Gotta have skyline when I pass through the Cincy area. This location was a random pick of the many along the interstate. Food was great. The service was a little lacking for the first time ever at any location. I will go back to Skyline when I am in the area, but perhaps not this one as there are many to choose from“

“Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that I should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.“

“Was pleasantly surprised when I finally gave Jersey Mike's a try. We have now eaten here many times. Tried a few different subs and everyone was pretty great. My only complaint would be the inconsistency of how they are made. Sometimes, we get a lot of cheese on our cheese steaks and other times, it seems like it definitely needs more. Regardless, they always taste great.“

“Best burgers around i swear! Nice salty fries!! Great workers!! Smiling faces from each one, we pulled in right with a rush, but with patience comes great appreciation for the food!! Our server was Lily, super cool, very sweet, wasnt shy. she was busy but kept up with us, even other servers were askin if we're okay. there were some grumpy old people who obvi lost mannerisms. working in food service is demanding in more ways than one and i praise each person making money through food service. Especially the root beer stand! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YALL!! Bring back the skates!!!“

“There lobby was closed for maintenance but the food was pretty fast and very hot , so good when fast food is fresh and ready it's unbeatable . Feels like youre not being cheated on food , I hate going to food places and it's messed up and not fresh .“

“Food is usually pretty good amd consistent. Ive only ever had one issue with an order that an item was on the sub but I didn't care that much and I ate it anyways. Employees are 50/50. It's not that they're rude but some employees make you feel welcome and others don't even greet you. It's not a huge problem but it's awkward standing there waiting to be acknowledged to place your order.“
