“I simply can't say enough about our experience with NOSH Eatery & Creative Catering. We got married on a fairly chilly November day and NOSH just knocked it out of the park. Paula was *incredible* with helping us plan our day. I was so nervous about getting the details right and making sure our day was perfectly us and I honestly didn't need to worry at all. Paula paid such close attention to the details I didn't even know we needed and the day of the wedding was simply seamless. THE TEAM. We felt like this team of people truly cared about us the entire night- they were all so kind - from setting our ENTIRE day up to tearing down after our event. I just can't say enough. And they braved the cold with smiles on their faces. There are not enough thank you's to this entire team. THE FOOD. Our guests could not stop talking about the food. All of the food is as locally sourced as the seasons allow and incredibly fresh. The chefs were detailed oriented and were able to accommodate many (and some last minute) dietary changes and restrictions. “I went here for the first time this week after watching FB posts hungrily. I was NOT disappointed. Everyone who greeted me and helped me was extremely pleasant. My picky children loved the food as much as my husband and I did. Each portion was enough to feed 2 people so everything was very affordable. The flavors were in some cases unique and in all cases delicious! I highly recommend the chicken parmigiana and cream filled cookies as my favorites!!!“

“Trifles provided catering for our wedding shower a few weeks ago and I was asked repeatedly "where did you get the food?" I can't recall ever receiving so many compliments from such a wide ranging group of people (age, location, etc.). We served all cold or room temperature items including salads, the chicken bruschetta platter, a crostini variety, pasta salad and assorted mini desserts. People loved the variety of the desserts and all were delicious. The gluten free adjustments on the crostini and desserts were so appreciated by our guests. Jean Ann's menu suggestions were very helpful, trying to provide what we were most interested in but also guiding us to a few tweaks to make it more balanced. The delivery option was very convenient and everything arrived attractively arranged on trays and ready to put right on the buffet. We can't recommend Trifles highly enough.“
