“I simply can't say enough about our experience with NOSH Eatery & Creative Catering. We got married on a fairly chilly November day and NOSH just knocked it out of the park. Paula was *incredible* with helping us plan our day. I was so nervous about getting the details right and making sure our day was perfectly us and I honestly didn't need to worry at all. Paula paid such close attention to the details I didn't even know we needed and the day of the wedding was simply seamless. THE TEAM. We felt like this team of people truly cared about us the entire night- they were all so kind - from setting our ENTIRE day up to tearing down after our event. I just can't say enough. And they braved the cold with smiles on their faces. There are not enough thank you's to this entire team. THE FOOD. Our guests could not stop talking about the food. All of the food is as locally sourced as the seasons allow and incredibly fresh. The chefs were detailed oriented and were able to accommodate many (and some last minute) dietary changes and restrictions. “I went here for the first time this week after watching FB posts hungrily. I was NOT disappointed. Everyone who greeted me and helped me was extremely pleasant. My picky children loved the food as much as my husband and I did. Each portion was enough to feed 2 people so everything was very affordable. The flavors were in some cases unique and in all cases delicious! I highly recommend the chicken parmigiana and cream filled cookies as my favorites!!!“

“Used Cafe 56/ 56 Kitchen for our child's Mitzvah weekend, for 3 different events- Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and a Sunday Brunch. Jay was a breeze to work with- and totally understood and delivered on the vision with all three events. His many years of experience means that he's able to tweak your menus so they make sense, and make them the most cost efficient for you. The food was tasty, and beautifully displayed. One thing to note-- Jay's a busy though laid back guy- but he gets it done. We connected with him a year ahead, though we finalized menus, etc. just weeks before the event, which worked out very well. I would use Cafe 56 again for future events in a heartbeat!“
