“First time we've had "nothing to brag about" service from here. We come here often and this time our server was forever getting to our table just to get our drinks. I order sweet tea with lemon had to ask 3 times before getting the lemon. Hubby orders no tomatoes on his meal and they came with. She took his dish back and to be honest it didn't take long and here she came with his dish. We think they just took them off and some extra fries and added a few new fries and the toppings (roosters nest) I asked for a box to bring left overs home and that took forever she passed our table 3 or 4 times before she brought one saying she was looking for a smaller box. Like I said we been here several times and I felt like she should of wrote things down but they don't do it that way. I understand they were busy and the tomatoes could have been the kitchen staff but it's always busy there.“

If I was entertaining a visitor to Akron, I'd want to take them here because they would leave Akron feeling like it was a hospitable place. “Decent food for the price most items are $20 or less. The food is not great here but it's not bad. Very passable. The salmon bowel was overcooked and dry, but the rice and Brussel sprouts were excellent. The wait for food to come out was really long, though, like it took well over 30 minutes. If you inly order the grinders, the food seems to come out much faster. The baked sweet potato was fine it is nothing special it is just a plain potato.“

“There was a party of 8 of us last night and they put us in the party room, which seats 8, and it was just fantastic The table was round. We could talk to everyone. the waiter, Ryan was out of this world. Great, everything, food service, everything was just great.“

“Came here on Saturday with my young grandson and ate inside. Was so very impressed with the A-1 customer service skills that Nasir displayed, not only to me but to everyone he came in contact with. Keep up the good work young man we need more people like you.“

“I ordered a gluten free cauliflower crust for myself. I know there can be cross contamination, but I am not celiac, just gluten intolerant. As my order was finishing up, I was pleased to see the young man use a paddle that was stored in a special place to remove my pizza. The pan the pizza was on was also put away in a different area from the gluten pizzas. He also used a pizza cutter that was stored away from the others. Thank you, Marco's for training this young man well. The shop was busy and seemed to be understaffed, but the people there were working hard and doing their best. The only con was that one man had gloves on and one didn't.

Dietary restrictions: I would go back for their gluten free pizza. They did a great job using utensils that were reserved only for the gluten free items.“

“One thing I would change about this place is if the prices were bigger and more presentable. I am in three times within-one week and I gotten the same thing but different sizes. Two large protein packers with two lemon ginger shoots and it came out $28. Than I did two medium with two shots and it was $23 today i get two small ones with two shots and it came out $23! It doesn’t make any sense. And offer people their receipts. Instead, they just walk away.“
