“I come here frequently and yes the drive through is usually backed up but if you go inside the staff is so nice and considerate! The manager that was on shift was amazing! I didn’t get her name but she was maybe in her 40s, very pretty and had blonde/brown hair. She was so attentive and was doing everything with a smile! I know customer service can be a thankless job so I just wanted to say thank you for being so kind ❤️“

“Went twice. The turkey burgers was delicious and the fries are seasoned well. The quality of food and service was the same both visits with different chefs and different servers. They dont have grease on them. My mom usually eats her fries with ketchup but said they were flavorful without anything added so she didnt use any. Their lavender lemonade is good. My friend had the Hawaiian salmon burger and said it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. It's kind of set up like a bar inside for size reference.“

“Food is fresh, hot and VERY delicious! Has that homemade taste and flavor that brings me back to being a kid at family bbqs.. The burgers and hot dogs are very reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly! This place should be busier! I will def come back! Best burgers and hot dogs in cleveland!! I ate one of the dogs quicker than I could take the picture! But I had 2 classic coneys, a cheeseburger, tater tots and large drink... waited maybe 10 minutes. Food is handmade to order, which I appreciate. Its tough to find good restaurants that take pride in what they serve. You can taste it here!“

“Having moved from Florida's Gulf Coast last year, I had yet to find any food in Ohio I liked as well as Sarasota. Last night at Heck's, my hope was restored! The caliber of textures and tastes was fantastic! Delicious and clearly well thought out menu options for anyone's palate. I had the Moroccan kabobs and truffle pierogis (which are NOT your average pierogi!) and our table split several other appetizers. Great ambiance too. You'll love it.“

We are not from Ohio, passing through on our way back to Buffalo, NY. The food was superb! So fresh!!! We ordered fried pickles - they were super fresh with shaved scallions on top and a homemade sourcream fresh dipping sauce. So good! My husband had a perfectly cooked pickle burger and hand cut fries, I had the Ruben and fries. Both were delicious! Homemade Russian dressing on the Ruben.
The service was really friendly, fast but not too fast, happy! Just like the atmosphere.
We would frequent this place if we lived near by!“

“My husband and I stopped into Stevenson's bar this afternoon to check out their Christmas theme. All I can say is, wow! not only did the place look great but, the service was awesome and the food was really good. Karen, the women working the bar was an absolute sweetheart. I was expecting flavor fireworks, but it was more like a flavor fizzle. The avocado was the highlight though! The fries were fresh and tasty, and the house-made ranch? Chef’s kiss. After looking at the top breakfast joints in the city I landed on this one! I was gonna ask two ladies entering the building before me if the food was good but I didn’t. I didn’t need to! The moment I hit the door I could smell the good cooking!

It’s kind of a hole in the wall with what looks like a store front, on a mini strip plaza. My server, Emily, gave me the run down on the menu and I chose her recommendation and it was as she described - in short, DELICIOUS!

The food came out QUICK and cooked very good.

Will definitely try this place again when I come back to Cleveland“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

“Unlike “Mac’s”, or the “King”s”, they serve Very Hot, Large Crinkle Cuts, Hot ‘n Fresh Burgers, and their Shake Machine(s) work. Even the courtesy of asking how “was the food/meal”, as well as offering to take your tray/trash. Some may say … “So?”. ………. WelI …….Appreciated It! And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). I was Impressed at the Cleanliness at which the Restaurant maintained. 👍🏾“

“Having seen that some of the reviews were less than stellar I wanted to share here that we had a very positive (lunch) experience yesterday (6-22-26) at RH restaurant. Yes, the menu is very pricey so go in expecting that reality. However the quality of our food, it’s aesthetic, and the service were all a 5 star experience. Special kudos to our waitress Brittany who helped make the experience special and befitting of a “dining experience”. (Also the young man delivering the food). My wife and son kept saying “it feels like we are in New York”. Specific comment as to the timing of food delivery which in our case was more than satisfactory…(as in food delivered quickly). Also, we enjoyed and appreciated the overall design and layout of the restaurant, very open and very bright. In summary, pricey, but we had a great lunchtime experience.“

I stopped into the Five Guys during a very busy rush, and I was genuinely impressed. Dominic was an absolute rockstar he handled the crowd with speed, friendliness and professionalism. I didn't wait long at all for service or my food, which came out hot, fresh and perfectly prepared just the way I ordered it. Five Guys quality at its best.

Dominic and the whole team really made the visit enjoyable even on a hectic day. If you're in the area, this location is worth it great food and even better service. Highly recommend!

“I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“
