“We did a private party for our 50th wedding anniversary on 9/21/24. Everything was fantastic including the staff, the food and the atmosphere. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. June was super helpful. We grew up in the neighborhood and this was the perfect place. Highly recommend for a private party.“

The food was all great & the kids flat bread pizza & grilled cheese were cooked perfectly (very important when you have picky kids). A hidden gem...literally, kinda hard to tell it's a restaurant from the road.“

“I like the industrial atmosphere inside of the place. My wife and I both got walleye fish frys. They were $20 a piece and maybe I'm spoiled because I'm from the Milwaukee area, but the three midsize pieces of walleye really didn't cut it. There could have been at least one more piece. I felt like I paid $5 for fish and 15 for french fries The waitress was attentive and pleasant.“

“I am so disappointed I didn't know about this place sooner. I've lived in and around Berea most of my life and somehow drove past here at least a few times a month without ever noticing it. The owner personally greeted us when we came in, made sure we felt welcomed, our server was fantastic; attentive, accurate with our orders, and also funny, I appreciated that she picked up on the vibe of our table and played off some of our jokes with each other and made sure we never had an empty glass for long. The only reason I can't give a full five stars on the food category is that the clam chowder was, no offense, genuinely one of the worst soups I've ever had in my entire life, but the other soup (Chicken tort.) and all the appetizers I tried, as well as the patty melt I had as my main course were tasty enough to make up for the clam chowder. Reasonably priced beer on tap, diverse food menu with some real interesting options, friendly staff, and a convenient location. I absolutely intend to come back soon.“

“Food here was amazing! And I’m a very picky eater, so I don’t give outstanding feedback lightly. I absolutely loved the taste of the food. I ordered the Greek chicken meal and everything was incredibly fresh. The sauces and ingredients were perfectly paired and full of flavor.

The mango smoothie was so delicious — I honestly wish I had ordered a bigger size!

“We had our team dinner at Winking Lizard. We walked in with a group of 40 people. Our wait time for tables was less than 20 minutes. The two servers we had were awesome. The food came out hot and pretty quick. Shout out to the manager working today, she was on it!“

“This place really does have it all. My husband and I have been coming here for years, and we also got married here!!! Always great food, always great service. The patio is stunning in all seasons. And now they're doing concerts and fun activities like yoga and mini golf for the kids! It really warms my heart to see all the positive upgrades they're making. Blue Heron, you have fans for life. There were 4-6 tables w groups of ppl that were dining in and enjoying the food. The vibe was good.. Ice cream cone was VERY GOOD ! My 10yo noticed a difference in this cone and other places she really like it..“

“Update: I went for a second time and realized a place shouldn’t be judged by one experience. No mistakes on the order this time, food was still good . Good but not great .

I eat a decent amount of fast food and I was surprised myself that I hadn’t tried Culver’s. So I made the drive to this location about 15 minutes from me . I heard good things about the onion rings and I had ordered a large one but of course my first order and it was missing. I don’t really mind getting a few orders wrong when I go go to a place lot of times but first time kind of rubbed me the wrong way.

Food was decent . Chicken sandwich doesn’t compare to Chick Fil A at all.“

The food was amazing, the chef and owner came to check on everything which was very delightful. Great seeing the entire family taking care of business. Two twin boys were hosting and doing outstanding job at the young age. Will plan on coming back! Only 3 stars for the service since we did not get our water glasses refilled the entire night, had to ask multiple times for that.“

“A really nice neighborhood bar. It has the feel of a working man's bar. It's an atmosphere that I enjoy. The food I have tried is excellent with large portions. I had the best BLT of my life here. Usually I get the wings which far surpass Buffulo Wild Wings. The staff is friendly and very attentive. It is an out of the way place, but not far off the beaten path. I highly recommend.“

“I had such a blessed experience at Applebee’s today, and I truly believe God orders our steps—even to the table we’re seated at. My server, Tammie, went above and beyond to serve with kindness, patience, and a joyful heart. She not only made sure my food was perfect, but she also treated me and my family with such warmth that it felt like dining with a friend.
