“Tons of delayed flights here at the airport so people kept coming in, even past closing, and Staci handled everything with grace, humility and humor, all by herself. Everyone got their drinks and food in time and she handled it all solo! Also, most airport food sucks but the chicken quesadilla here is low key delicious.“

Food came out piping hot and the service was excellent and efficient even with the restaurant full and only one person working as server and bartender (Chad, he was amazing!) They graciously suggested menu items and described them to a bunch of Cajuns. The rice pudding was so good! “Ok so we’ve dined at Old Scratch Troy location about 6 times since it’s opened. Waited a bit to give them time to really get in their groove. While I do recommend the place. Pizza is good, staff is nice (especially Amanda at the bar) and shareables are tasty. That said I would like to see the food’s taste be a little more consistent. My favorite dish is the fire roasted cauliflower but sadly it hasn’t been prepared the same way twice with the last two times it was barely seasoned at all once it was almost raw. Hopefully as training continues they will fix that issue.“
