“Cadence Coffee House and Creperie was a wonderful place to have a family member’s birthday party. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. The “Cafe” has very good food and drinks, as well as fabulous service! The room we had it in was spacious and we were able to decorate it. We frequent the Cafe on a regular basis for the friendly atmosphere and wonderful food. It is very relaxing and family oriented. Jody is such an asset to this establishment!! She is a big reason we frequent Cadance!!“

“I go once a week. I love the coffee, but it’s really upsetting that it’s a different price every time I go. Yesterday it was around $7.35 cash for an iced latte. It’s sometimes $7 with cash … very inconsistent and I don’t know if they are ringing the drink up wrong or what the deal is. Cost is near $8 if using a card for payment.“

“This was the first time I have ever saw this shop. Something about it caught my eye. Very friendly staff, and very good coffee drinks! It looked like a picture when they served us with 2 frappes. “absolutely would recommend this cozy little coffee shop! Right in the heart of YSU campus, its a Great place for studying, hanging out with friends and enjoying amazing drinks and foods! I recently purchased their Iced caramel apple latte with the cookie butter cold foam and the Buckeye Latte (hot) and they were DELICIOUS! also tried their Pistachio muffins as well and would 100% buy them again! i will say the coffee is a bit pricey, but its worth it. I use the mobile app (that you can customize exactly how you want it made) & they never get it wrong. OLIVIA greets us and.is an absolute angel. She is always so upbeat and cheerful. I've heard a lot of people complain about their orders not being right or not having enough flavor, so use the app and ask for as many pumps as you want.

I have yet to encounter someone with a negative attitude, let alone someone who hasn’t once take the time to ask about your day and use that wait time to small talk. IN A DRIVE THRU! Usually any other drive thru experience is exactly the opposite, a door gets slammed the moment after you get your receipt. Which normally I wouldn’t think twice about… until my morning coffee experiences changed when I started coming to Cortland Starbucks.

We’re all so busy especially early mornings, I appreciate this team’s dedication to taking the time to converse and make someone’s day a little better by simply being gracious.

“I’ve been a frequent flyer over the last few weeks because my youngest loves the bacon, egg, and cheese croissants. I’ve become rather familiar with the morning crew! Today as I am pulling up to the window the cashier is singing and dancing. I tried to hand her my card and she sings “the guy in front of you paid for your order”. I was slightly shocked & didn’t understand. She has to say it again, a little slower for it to sink in! When i finally realized what was going on, I instantly lit up! Not sure who the guy was but it was a silver truck! Just wanted to say THANK YOU! Your kind gesture was appreciated and made my whole day!! 🌸💙 Always remember, spread kindness.
