I walked in and asked her what the quickest thing I could get was because my sugar was low... When I tell you she leapt into action and gave me an order that someone had abandoned so that I could eat right that moment 🥹🥹🥹

“I was in The Sub Station today during a very difficult interaction with a customer. The staff handled themselves with as much patience and composure as possible under extreme provocation. After the situation resolved, I was treated kindly, and the team made sure I had a great experience. I got a meatball sub, and now I am stuffed to the rafters! Always choose kindness. I’ll absolutely be back!“

“We were gifted a meal from a family member who lives out of town and she read the reviews and order us a wonderful delicious meal of chicken Alfredo sausage peppers onion's and pasta, spaghetti and meatballs, pasta, breadsticks, salad! We live in Wadsworth and hadn’t heard of this place well I will tell you their food is amazing! I loved it very tasteful! I have found a new place to get a good meal from! Highly recommend this place!“
