“Traveling through Ohio and stopped at the hotel across the street. Front desk recommended this diner. We were greeted and seated immediately. Waitress brought our drinks right away. We weren’t sure what we wanted and she told us the portions were huge (we saw other guests plates and she was not lying!). When we hesitated, she told us it was fine if we ordered off the kids menu. My sister got the kids spaghetti and I got the kids cheeseburger and fries. Even these portions were big!! Food was out to us very quickly and it was delicious. We treated ourselves to strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Absolutely delicious!! This is right off the Ohio Turnpike (Rte. 80). Highly recommend!!“

“Wow, this little pizzeria is really good! I’ve been watching the staff. They hustle but also are so very nice. Their customer service is impressive and the flavor is fantastic! My family and I are in town for Fauxchella or else this would be my new favorite place! I also operate my own small business, so I pay attention to how the employees work at other locally owned businesses. Everyone here is so nice, they deliver great customer service, and the pizza is so delicious!“

“I ALWAYS enjoy eating here. 😋 delicious food no matter what I order! I always feel comfortable coming here unlike other small town restaurants I've been to where I feel like a total outsider and am treated like I'm intruding. I live near 1 that's only about a mile away that's like that as well as 1 that is right down the road from 109. I will gladly drive the nearly 20 minutes to visit 109 diner when I could go less than 5 to the diner near me. That's how important it is to feel welcomed at a restaurant!“

“We ate at American road diner yesterday and I thought their food was wonderful. And the prices were really good . We had a wonderful server named Debbie . It was nice to sit down not feel rushed and enjoy our meal . We will definitely go back there !!!“
