“I wish I hadn’t waited so long to come try this amazing cafe!! 🤩 The most difficult part was trying to decide what to choose with SO MANY amazing menu options! It’s so hard to find gluten free/vegetarian options, much less ones that aren’t processed and boring. The menu has such amazing variety! I had a delicious smoothie, and great conversation with one of the owners (who was absolutely lovely and so helpful) and also another customer, what a great vibe and energy here!! Don’t wait, run and check it out! I can’t wait to come back and try everything! 🤤🤤👏👏“

“Food is fresh and hot for the most part. Only thing I will point out is the one guy “early morning staff” between open 6-8am and really doesn’t like it when you order a frappe or hot latte. For the excuse that the machine is down or it will take 15 minutes or longer. so I order one anyways and a sweet gal always comes out on time with my hot latte or frappe that’s on point. I’m very thankful of that gal with great enthusiasm way to keep your team going with no issues of waiting around.“

They are having a new espresso machine installed (how exciting!) so she walked me through their cold brew and other coffee options. I’m going to come back with my laptop next time I need a cozy place to work. Bonus: it’s much easier to access than the Dunkin across the road.“

“I loved this place. Its a nice, cozy, and comfy coffee chop. It was my first time visiting but I felt like I knew the baristas since forever. They have a variety of pastries and drinks. There is a grab and go fridge. The food was fresh and delectble. Frindly and kind staff who made me feel welcomed.“

“The coffee is amazing but the customer service is even better! Everyone I’ve encountered has been beyond friendly. Jack even took it up a notch today and asked if there was anything he could pray with me about today while we waited on my order and he proceeded to say a prayer right there in the drive thru. Both the coffee and the prayer were much needed today and appreciated. It was such a positive moment for my kids in the car to see.“

“Stopped by the one in Waynesville today. Quality breakfast sandwich. Wish they had condiments, I asked for mayonnaise and they said they had no condiments. Coffee was great. Cinnamon roll tasted more like a hopped up glazed donut with maple icing. Not my style.“

“Great spot for good food and coffee. I had a tattoo appointment in Lebanon this morning and needed somewhere to grab something substantial but not too time consuming. David was very friendly, helpful, and conversational. I got the egg and cheese bagel sandwich with bacon added to it and it was delicious and freshly-made. I had a friend with me who is vegan and they had plenty of options to choose from.“

“Excellent little coffee shop! The vibe and interior is so cozy and comfortable. I’ve been to a TON of coffee shops (it’s kind of a hobby), and these people knocked it out of the park. The baristas are incredibly friendly, and they know how to make a coffee (even if you throw something odd at them, it’ll turn out good).

“This is the best Whole Foods cafe I’ve been to. Lovely atmosphere, quality Organic coffee and tea, and great service! Barista poured a lovely design in my match foam but the lid killed it. They even have a bar and wood fired pizza. Love the cozy chairs and cute tables. Outdoor covered patio as well.“

I enjoyed the best spiced chai latte I have ever had. If I lived in Dayton, I would be here often. I plan to make this a stop anytime I’m in the area.“

“I visited for the first time with friends who are faithful to Bill’s. Even in the mid afternoon, on Sunday, there is a long line with friendly and smiling people. The wait was worth it! The donuts are fresh and tasty! I love the variety of fresh pastries that are also available. My favorites are the turnovers that are light, sweet and flaky with great fillings and the plain cake donuts. My daughter enjoyed the chocolate muffins. We’ll be back“

“This Starbucks has very quick, professional and polite employees. They did a great job getting my drink out to me quickly and they made it very well. FYI: If you are using the app to pay, you do not get stars at this location and it does not allow you to tip them through the app.“

“This is a really nice Starbucks inside of Target. They always have a great collection of cups and mugs for the cup hunters out there. Their staff is extremely friendly too.I recently tried a new drink that has been getting mixed reviews, and the barista made sure that I liked it. When I was kind of "meh" about it, she added some additional flavors and it made it much better!My only complaint, is that they haven't gotten hip to the online/app ordering yet. “I perused some prior reviews and normally don't make comments but HAD to today. Today was the power outage 9/28/24. For over THREE HOURS this place had anywhere between 40-55 people in it. This is not a big place. I came because I had to no power at home to do my work. The staff handled it like absolute champs. The lady with brown hair and middle-aged at the register was efficient, professional, and stepped in to help with drinks if the rare moment presented. The entire working staff moved phenomenally quickly, even though wait times reached up to 30 minutes. With the number of drive-through orders, in-person orders, and delivery/pick up orders I can't believe they pulled it off. Unreal. I have to say, objectively, that my drink was a bit bitter and the cold foam was subpar, but overall acceptable, especially with the circumstances. People who complain with prior reviews likely just don't understand what these employees have to go through with the now-nationally-known issues the Company has, with so many moving parts with their drinks being a potential downfall. HOWEVER, the staff, in the face of all this, did mind-blowingly well. This staff also lets me enjoy my kids here sometimes and they are friendly and courteous. Well-freaking done, everyone. Keep treating your staff better, @Starbucks.“
