“I'm really not a fan of the food, but my kids asked for Happy Meals as a treat when we were in the area. The building looks brand new and employee working the drive thru orders was very friendly. We received our food right away, which doesn't usually happen at McDonald's.“

“Was at the Swensons in Hilliard OH recently and the food is always wonderful but I’m here to talk about the service. Our server Evan Lee was probably one of the kindest, most genuine, and incredibly positive servers I have ever encountered. Was quick, efficient, offered great food suggestions, and I’ll say again was just so kind. There was a problem with the internet while we were trying to pay and he was so apologetic and determined to get us out of there with as little inconvenience as possible. Seriously the best.“

“Great food today. Double mushroom and Swiss burger with onion rings, and my wife had the cod meal with pretzel bites! Hit the spot! We followed up with a sundae and shake. Great taste! The highlight of our visit was the manager overhearing my wife mentioning lemons for her water, and he went and got her some- excellent customer service !“

“My daughter wanted Stromboli instead of pizza for a change, and we found this place online. We were very happy with everything we ordered- Stromboli, lasagna, meatball sub, potato skins, and cheesy garlic bread. Everything tasted great! It was ready for pick up on time, even though they seemed to be short staffed they were making a huge effort to get everyone's food orders out at the time they promised. They work really hard for their customers and it shows.The only suggestion I would make is to maybe pare down the menu a bit. There are a LOT of choices and I think it would benefit them to focus on a theme, like just Italian American food while keeping the Halal versions also available for those who follow that diet (it's awesome that customers have this option. I don't think there are many around Columbus). For instance, the hamburgers stood out on the menu since they dont really fit in with a pizza place. Also, all the different types of pizza and Stromboli and such gets a little repetative. Slimming down the menu could keep both the customers and the staff from getting overwhelmed by too many items.Now that we know Luna is a short drive away, we will be definitely adding it to our restaurant list. The food was tasty and the serving sizes were large. I definitely recommend them.“

“Great place for some cold beer, good food. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have great wings and the last time I was there I had their fried shrimp appetizer. Was really good. For those sports fans, there are plenty of TV's and seating. Definitely a place to check out.“

“Nowadays this has become common unfortunately! That the person behind the counter is all business! Not asking how are you? Or we have something new on the menu... Anything to make individuals feel "we matter" to get your business! Just a thought. P. S no one was behind us so can't say we were overly busy. “We went for the Valentine's Day event, something quirky and for the whole family. Of course, the food, as always, was great. Staff was amazing. We had fun from the time we arrived until we left. The people there make the difference. Also appreciated that they could accommodate a member of our party with food allergies. They even keep a separate grill just to isolate. Thoughtful, because everyone needs a slider now and then.“

“Overall good experience and I would and have gone back. Couple things. 1. The jam burger is delicious. 2. First time we went we did have to wait awhile. (It was busy) 3. First time we went onion rings were on point! So good! Second tjme, seemed like they had been sitting around for a while and were overly crunchy like they maybe had been fried earlier and then a quick refry for us. We obviously still ate them- but not as good as the first time. Thanks!“

“I've been to multiple Roosters around the city. the food at this location is the BEST quality! I grew up on the north side and moved to the west side when i was older. I wasn't keen on this location at first because it is smaller than the others, but the service and quality out weighs that.“

“Great Five Guys location. The staff were exceptionally personable and helpful! The restaurant was very clean, and they were attentive to everyone who came in. The food was amazing, as Five Guys always is. The only downside is that the chain is a little expensive, but you've gotta love how many fries they give you.“

“We had Real Deal Grill tonight while at the Food Truck Depot. After getting our bags of food and trying to wrangle kids, I dropped one of the containers of fries. One of the guys saw it, offered to make me a new one. I knew we still had plenty of food, and told him it wasn’t necessary. We sat down, few minutes later he came over with a new order of fries anyway. He totally didn’t have to make up for my clumsiness, but he did! Great service and everything was delicious!“

“Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I planned my mothers retirement party here 3 weeks ago and I have to give this place a 5. I wish I could give it a 10 but it won’t let me. The pictures on the website are exactly how it was. We were very pleased with the set up, our own bar/bartender and the restrooms on the same floor. We had the upstairs venue area and it was absolutely perfect. Our bartender was amazing and from start to finish with the owner helping us plan it/getting back to us quickly, i couldn’t of asked for a better place. Super cute set up too. I will be referring many people to you guys for parties. Also for the price with everything included you can’t beat it. Thank you so much!! ?“

“Wow this place is really cool. Makes you feel like an Average Joe (like myself) I will recommend many people to visit and check out! Bingo and Billiards is all you need. Can't forget the classic Basketball Machine Arcade game. And Boy do I love blasting my toons on their TOUCHTUNES machine. All their workers are friendly and are of great service. Food is always enjoyable and overall a nice local experience. They have lots of cool TVs to show a lot of sports and cool videos too. I haven't even got started on the patio. For those who want to blow off some steam (pun) intended go ahead out there, it's a gated place for you. But once you step out of Average joes you will quickly want to come back in so be careful first timers and peace out A-Town. From David Pugach“

“Stopped by Easter Sunday at 4pm. Most people would be annoyed at having to work on a holiday, but the drive-through staff were so cheerful and good-natured that it brightened my whole afternoon! Props to them, and thank you for making my day better!“
