“What's the point of having 2 lanes now, with both lanes backed up, waiting over 15 minutes to get to a speaker. Then sit at said speaker and watch them take 3 orders at the other speaker and never take yous. Continue to wait a few more minutes, say hello into the speaker multiple times before getting fed up and leaving the first chance we got. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!“

“So many good things to say! The staff are so incredibly nice and friendly, their oreo frappe is delicious, and prices are comparable to other coffee shops around. They have a nice assortment of food and desserts and large drink menu. I definitely recommend giving this place a try!“

“I stopped by here for the first time yesterday with my daughter, and I’m honestly grieving for all the lost past time that I didn’t know about this gem. I don’t even write reviews, but I was floored by how good everything was. We got a pistachio latte, pistachio cake, and I was given a sample of the tea with cream. When I say that is the best tea I have ever tasted that’s not an exaggeration. The cake was nutty and creamy with a light floral flavor and absolutely amazing. My daughter loved her latte too and can’t wait to go back. If the food and beverages weren’t enough (they were) the staff was also extremely kind and they were sweet and patient with my daughter while she figured out what she wanted and changed her mind. I know we will be walking over way more often now.“

“I just stopped to get an afternoon coffee at the Hilliard rome location. I don’t know the name of the young lady, but she has long brown hair pulled back in a ponytail. She was very sweet. I pulled out and about a minute and a half later, I dumped my entire coffee on my passenger seat. I went back through the drive-through and when she saw me She asked why I was back so soon I told her I had spilled my entire coffee on my passenger seat. She looked in my car and said oh no, you’re not paying for this one I will use my shift coffee for you. So thank you to the young lady who bought me a coffee this afternoon you made my day.“

“Enjoyed the cupcake. Good flavor on the sweet side. Not huge cupcake but felt priced right. Unfortunately, was there late on a Saturday so selection was limited, which I guess shows how popular this place is. Very nice and comfortable interior with incredible customer service. Would really have liked a larger drink menu. Would have enjoyed sitting down with a cup of coffee.“
“Service was great. The man working there was very friendly and welcoming. Double pistachio baklava was very good. I also bought a variety of turkey delights that were all wonderful. My favorite was definitely the rose. The coffee pairs very well with the baklava. If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely be stopping again.“

Today I lost my job and I got what was the last coffee I would have before I began my strict budget.
So happy to see Ray on a Monday evening, I had no idea she would be there today. She makes my drink perfect EVERY TIME! A little small talk about her schedule and Valentines day weekend. She handed me my coffee with a little twist..... 1ST SIP...OMG...AMAZING! For a few seconds life wasn't so bad and a felt a little better because I had my coffee ....made by Ray. Thanks so much 🙏🏾. Sunshine on a cloudy day.“

“One of my favorite places to get coffee. Even when I’m not getting my groceries for the week, it’s just so convenient to pop in real quick for my coffee. Olivia, Kelli, and Izzy are always so happy to be there, and it really rubs off on you as a customer to see them enjoying their work. If I could give 6 stars I would.“
