“What's the point of having 2 lanes now, with both lanes backed up, waiting over 15 minutes to get to a speaker. Then sit at said speaker and watch them take 3 orders at the other speaker and never take yous. Continue to wait a few more minutes, say hello into the speaker multiple times before getting fed up and leaving the first chance we got. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!“

“went to Swensons on Madison road in Cincinnati ohio. We had been meaning to try this since it open. We were a little disappointed in the serving size of the fries, Double cheese burger, and Fried bologna sandwich. Taste wise it was great. Service was fast and friendly. I'd recommend to anyone but I'd definitely recommend to double your order if you want enough to eat.“

I had a cod dinner. The fish was good although a little greasy. My fries were cold. The cole slaw was fantastic.

“I had an issue with doordash completely botching my order in several ways, I called in and asked to speak with a manager, and got Jack. I could tell he was extremely busy, but he still took the time to step away and spend 5 minutes helping me over the phone trying to get me pointed in the right direction, keeping a professional demeanor the entire time. Give Jack a raise, he's worth every penny!“
