“This is a real dive bar, not one of those fake hipset dives like you find in the Short North with 8 dollar beers, and bartenders who are more interested in their snaps than their customers. cheap drinks and good people. You might think it's a redneck bar, but it's one of the most inclusive bars you will find outside of 270. People who hate this place probably got checked for being obnoxious.“

“This bar is the local bar "in a small town" everyone goes to, where "everyone knows each other". The bartenders know their customers and remember them. I love coming here. I wish they had some money for renovations. If you want a problem free day/night check it out. Oh and the food is pretty ohkay too.“

“Great bar with friendly staff & regulars! But I really wish they would play music. Currently you have to pay touchtunes or else sit in silence. That's fine when it's busy but when there's only a few people at the bar, that's absurd. Many times I will drive past, see there's not many people there, and not go in because I don't want to have to spend a bunch of money playing music or sit in silence. Really hope the owner changes this! This would be a 5-star review if they do.“

“This place has stood the test of time! Westside masterpiece in a lot of ways. The flow of the crowd is a touch up and down... some night its slow, other nights its hopping! but when you're there you feel pretty good. The staff is very solid, nice little patio area to smoke if you'd like, the drinks are priced well,, nice pool tables, dart boards. I do wish they would add the Golden Tee machine back again. One of my all-time favorite saloons that's for sure!“

“Thirsty's is the perfect mix of dive bar chic, and Cheers, where everyone knows your name. Odds are if you come in more than once the bartenders will remember your favorite drink. If you want a friendly environment with great drink prices, and hands down stellar service from all the staff, Thirsty's Pub is where it's at. “This is the newest Old Bag of Nails and is certainly worth checking out. It's a spacious restaurant with an old-English vibe (unlike some of the others I've been to and my favorite thus far). The food was satisfying, and the service was great. I got the french onion soup and a side salad while my BF ordered the fish and chips. We came on Sunday for lunch, so it all worked out well for us.“

“The burgers are so good! Juicy and delicious.. And the fries are just out of this world as long as they're hot and fresh. I would have loved to give a 5 star review but service has been iffy a couple times. This one female waitress we had one time was pretty bad. The food took over an hour to get and when the food came out, it wasnt fresh. Not that it's her fault but atleast an acknowledgement would've been nice. And no drink refills, no checking on us. But the last time we went, the service was outstanding, like 200% good, so it made up for the bad. Overall though it's a great restaurant.“
