“Massive portions, fresh ingredients, clearly homemade with no shortcuts. This is the old school American-Chinese place you want it to be with the classic dishes: sweet and sour and hot mustard containers (not packets) presented with the appetizers, a hot and sour soup so much better than any in the area, and an extremely friendly staff. If I had a negative, it’s the fried rice, it just felt a little flat compared to everything else… but mixed with the chicken and sauce was still delicious. I don’t live close by but will find reasons to visit here.“

“Took my family to Rob’s Restaurant in Brookville, Ohio, and unfortunately we were very disappointed. The chicken looked like it was days old and was also undercooked. The roast was cold. I understand that things happen, but the food quality really needs improvement. Please do better. Take pride in your restaurant.“

“We go to China Cottage in Trotwood. It is the very Best Chinese food in the area. Always fresh, done perfectly and always so good. The food and service is truly exceptional. Great menu choices, the flavors are perfectly balanced. Can't wait to go back.“

“So the outside definitely scares you, I’m glad we decided to listen to the reviews and go in they have a small menu, but the food was good. The only thing that was different was the salad dressing. I was not accustomed to their mayonnaise flavor. None of us ate it ,the Hibachi chef was a lot of fun. I would come back.“

“Little York Tavern & Pizza is hands down one of the absolute best hidden gems in the Dayton area for pizza! Their thin-crust pizza is legendary—perfectly crispy, loaded with high-quality toppings, and the sauce has the best flavor. We also ordered their wings, which were cooked to absolute perfection and tossed in a fantastic sauce. The menu has a great variety of classic tavern food, and everything comes out hot and fresh. It’s the kind of local spot that puts major pizza chains to shame. If you appreciate great pub food and an awesome pizza, this place is an absolute must-visit!“

“I just Love this place! I opened this restaurant when it was Mr. Lees! So many great memories! I love Shen the owner that worked there when I was there. He ended up buying the place Keeping the menu and great vibe, Renaming it Shens! Hard work does pay off! Always a warm welcome! Great to see you and Casey! I tried the Grand Marnier Crispy chicken, OMG! I was scared to go try something new, it’s absolutely delicious! It has, strawberries🍓 Pinapples, 🥝 kiwis and 🍊 orange! Served over white rice! Instead of my usual Pad Thai, and 2 new rolls instead of my usual Spicy salmon. The Dragon 🐉 roll is fire just missing row. And the Sunset. Very great food! Beautiful atmosphere! Go here!“

“My boyfriend and I went to Brookville Waffle House this morning and had an amazing time. Barbara was our server she was very kind and on top of refilling drinks and taking empty dishes. She was very sweet! All of the cooks and staff were on top of it! They moved very quickly and added to the unique Waffle House aesthetic. Brookville Waffle House is BY FAR my favorite, I have always had good experiences there and I love how they have kept the vintage mood for all these years. Keep it up Brookville staff!“

“Very interesting place. The fire truck backdrop to the bar kinda sets the tone. Tables and seating are nicely laid out. Good menu... lots to choose from. Waitstaff very attentive. Meals were plentiful and tasty. All four folks in our group were quite pleased. The crowning touch was probably the infectious laughter coming from a lady 🤣 at a table on the other side of the room. Turns out she is the owner of the place, and well liked by all the waitstaff around us. Always a good sign to have a good time.“

“We ordered take-out on a busy Friday night. When I got back to my hotel, I realized that they had forgotten a big part of my order. I called and told them about it and asked if they could deliver the rest of my order to my hotel bc I was unable to leave again and they not only delivered the rest of my order but they also gave me a ton of extra food. Top notch service. 👍🏼“

“My wife and I have been frequenting this hole in the wall since we learned that the owner goes to our church. Honestly, very impressed with the food’s quality and taste. I have been here regularly and have seen no dip in quality that many Asian restaurants suffer from. Staff is also incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for some good local Asian cuisine!“

“The orange chicken was to die for. On top of that they have a sweet boy named Bill working there, but I fear he maybe moving on to new things.
Overall a nice little place and I will definitely be making the drive back here again!“
