“Mom and I went for lunch yesterday and both ended up having breakfast! She got the buttermilk pancakes and I ordered the special pumpkin pancakes with cinnamon butter and tres leches drizzle. Mom loved hers and my was fabulous. I also had two links of sausage that were better than your usual mass made, which made me wonder if they get it directly from a butcher. The iced tea was also fresh and good.“

“I had one of the best experiences at Starbucks last Thursday. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and guided toward the perfect drink choice. The barista even offered me the option of enjoying my food and drink on a plate and in a mug, which gave the whole visit a cozy, café-like feel rather than just grabbing something to go.

At first, I stood by the counter waiting for my order, but the partner kindly encouraged me to relax instead of standing there. A gentleman then brought my food out to me on a plate, and the barista who made my drink served it in a large mug. Both were absolutely delicious, and the thoughtful service truly elevated the experience.

It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.“

“It’s Starbuck’s! Need I say more? Fabulousness all the way!“

“I need to take a moment to shout out not only next level service, but what I consider astounding integrity. Let’s unpack my latest experience at Starbucks… I drove to my New Albany Starbucks across from Torchys Tacos, and got in the drive thru line. I was greeted quickly, drive thru was moving smoothly, the voice over the system was kind and patient (I believe this is the same gentleman who handled my transaction at the window). I placed the order, (which I go get for my wife, so I have no clue what it is supposed to look like week to week FYI) and drove to the window. A pleasant, and efficient young man named Nero, (Bill/Billy) handed me my (my wife’s) drink, and I gladly accepted the offered straw and went to pay. Within seconds of placing my cup in the holder, Nero said “wait, please let me see that drink.” I obliged, thinking maybe it got mixed up with another drink, but instead I heard Nero say: “They did not add the cold foam on top.” Mind you here is the order I am asked to go get:

“Venti iced blonde shaken espresso with no classic, 3 pumps white mocha, line the cup with caramel, and salted Carmel cold foam on top :) thank you!!!“

Not exactly the simplest order I’ve been tasked with.. and this young man not only noticed that SMALL detail, he stopped me, took the drink back, FIXED THE DRINK HIMSELF, and handed me the completed beverage. I want to point out that yes it’s amazing service, but looking deeper that’s INTEGRITY. The fact he noticed proves he has incredible attention to detail, on a Sunday at 11:30am no less. It shows integrity in the fact he did not let someone else’s mistake go unfixed, and he had no obligation to interrupt work flow to fix a drink he was not the one to make incorrectly. The time it took to write this dissertation is the smallest token of my appreciation I can offer, for Nero taking the time to, and I quote.. make “the best coffee I have ever had from Starbucks in my life!!” - which is no small compliment. Keep up the amazing work, keep this young man in your sights leadership, if you don’t make ways for him, someone else might. I’ll be back with my business card soon Nero. Thank you again for the incredible experience, and inherent integrity, your parents did well.“

“This location NEVER FAILS! Not only is EVERY staff member friendly and curious (even the males) but they're efficient, fast, usually make it right and by chance it seems off a little they gladly fix it, and costs 40 cents LESS than the 2 located by my house. I have given up on the 2 horrible ones by my house and will ONLY get Dunkin at this location or New Albany from now on. I guess it's a good thing for me I live 25 mins away or I would be ordering Dunkin way too often if I lived near Westerville!“
