“1-10-24, Wednesday night, 20 minutes to close. I creep in with a guilty feeling, knowing I'm potentially that last minute customer who upends the pre-close cleaning routine...But...The young lady behind the counter was bright eyed and cheerful. I needed some help deciding, she offered the perfect solution: not a bit inconvenienced by me, had it ready in 3 seconds without batting an eye and wished me a good evening. I am so touched and impressed. Thank you for making customer service GOOD. I appreciate you. You made my night.“

She was preparing to close, but she MADE our drinkWe had to drive here after leaving a different Kroger Starbucks at 7:30pm that said although they close at 8pm they stop serving to clean at 7:30pm. Horrible customer service on their part.Thanks KAMRUN for the great customer service!“
