“A few things I noticed were: 1. If you plan on going to the establishment on a busy night you will need to make a reservation because their seating area is a little small but allows for a more romantic atmosphere. However my wife and I choose to go on a Sunday night which didn't require a reservation. 2. Their homemade dipping sauces for myself were a little plaid except for the one that was just extremely spicy.”

He gave us the history of the restaurant, details on drinks and venue. Our food was served hot and with great presentation which was all prepared by an awesome chef! “We went for Happy Hour, yesterday on a Friday. We were seated immediately and our server was extremely nice. The appetizers came staggered and we ordered six plus mocktails. I forgot to take a picture of the pizza! Everything was pretty good. This wasn’t our first time dining here but it was the first time coming for happy hour and we will be back. The value was definitely worth it.”

But what made my lunch a truly wonderful experience was the absolutely phenomenal service. I am a senior with mobility issues. It has been awhile since I was at the restaurant and I completely forgot the front steps. Only three, but still tough for me to climb solo. When another patron mentioned my difficulty to the hostess (SO sorry I didn’t get her name!) she came out and took me around to the side door, where it was much easier to get in. My lunch companion had to duck out early, so this awesome hostess not only helped me go out the side door, she walked me all the way to my car! This sort of kindness, sadly, is in short supply these days. Thank you, Cabin Club and your fantastic staff for going above and beyond!”

“Arrived 10 minutes early. Hostess couldn't log into her device to find our reservation. Got seated right away. Server was wonderful, but unfortunately, not very attentive because it was her and one other person taking care of many tables. Drinks were empty, often for a while. We were there celebrating an 11 year-old‘s birthday. Four of us got served our food while our birthday boy waited 15 minutes to receive his chicken tenders while other tables after us were served orders with chicken tenders. The runner was notified that he was missing his food and he said he would take care of it, but he did not. We had to walk towards the kitchen to let someone know because no one came back to our table after 10 minutes and by the time we were able to eat our food when he received his, it was cold. Our server was so busy and they were obviously understaffed. I had to get up and request our own boxes after waiting over five minutes.We have been here quite a few times in the past with no issue. This experience makes me question if it's worth coming back again. It was also very disappointing that in my reservation I left notes that this was a birthday celebration and because the hostess couldn't log into her device, no one recognized that we were celebrating a special occasion. And to top it off, our hostess was also our server! Now I am receiving emails from OpenTable saying that we were a no-show to our reservation and I have to take my time to explain and show proof that we showed up. Not worth the hassle! Do better.”

Because we are regulars there, Nick the manager bent the rules a wee bit to allow us to have the back area, near the bar for our party right at opening time on a Saturday. The service by wait staff Mary and Lauren was fabulous, every one of us LOVED our food and your hospitality was off the charts! Thank you again for allowing us to have this 90th in the best of all places for our youngest family member (age one) and all the way up! Love, love, love Kitchen Social. Ps. She was missing the foods from her home, and a true Spanish restaurant is hard to find. A friend said he heard about Sangria Y Tapas so we immediately changed our plans and headed to Westlake. She smiled the entire time we were there and spoke Spanish with the owner a mile a minute. She said it did her heart good and the food was truly Spanish. The service was spectacular! We will definitely be crossing over to the west side to visit this fabulous establishment again!”

The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Also, their healthy sodas are such an added bonus. We always leave there feeling full yet refreshed. You can choose between wraps, bowls, salads, and they also have French fries as a side option. All gluten free! Definitely one of our favorite spots!”

“There were 5 of us; 3 loved their meals and 2 were not thrilled. That was generally our experience—not consistently as great as we had heard. The steak/chicken/fish were delicious but not so much the sides— for example, 2 people had asparagus, one delicious the other tough/woody. Waitress did not seem to know the menu (eg couldn’t explain/describe what “dragon fries” were). Potstickers were yummy but the eggplant appetizer just meh. They were out of mint so no mojitos. Wine was expensive and it took us several tries to get a decent bottle (first bottle had old cork which broke into the wine, her recommendation for new bottle was unacceptable) by which time we were mostly thru our dinner. Ambience is lovely and location is easy to find w ample parking.”

“First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.”

“Decent pizza. Got the Cleveland style crust. It's a thicker crust, very filling. Had ham and sausage. Ham is nothing to write home about but the sausage was excellent. My kid got the pepperoni special pizza. She loved it. Wife got a salad. She said it was ok...needed some regular lettuce.”

I did not expect the staff to be SO efficient. they were a very well oiled machine. I watched them hammer out order after order while taking more orders and did not see a single snafu or mistake during my half hour of watching. Very impressive !!! on top of it I really liked my sandwich. while this location is not convenient for me on a normal basis I would seek out another for another yummy sandwich.”

The baristas that were working were friendly, kind and efficient and made two of the best drinks we’ve had in long time!
