“First couple times at Mr Hero. Pickup up a Romanburger for a family member and the cheesesteak sub for me. Solid food. The veggied on the Romanburger were fresh and my family member loved it. The cheesesteak sub for me was great too. I like mushrooms and it had a lot of them. If you're not a mushroom fan you might have them go light on them, but I love them. The waffle fries were very good, and i liked them much better than the ones at a certain chicken chain. Note, This location is definitely setup more for takeout than dining in.“

“Just reviewing the service of this location. You know what you’re getting when going to Charley’s for food. But the service was great yesterday. Cashier was so nice and attentive. And by the time we made it to the car and realized we were missing a fry, an employee was already walking to our car to bring it to us. Not often anymore that you get workers that seem to actually care about their jobs to that extent.“

“Stopped here based on reviews while traveling and was not disappointed! Small buffalo chicken Philly was delicious and not as messy as it looks. Totally worth $10.
I gave only four stars for the atmosphere because it was very smoky in the restaurant. Chose to eat in the car so the smell wouldn’t get stuck in my clothes.

Probably the best way of ordering is online.
Especially if you are entertaining company from out of town.
Because Mr. Hero is an Ohio thing.
People outside of Ohio do not have the opportunity to enjoy the Romain Burger.
It would not be safe to ship a sandwich.

Everything in the order was perfect, even with special requests on each sandwich. The whole place looked clean, including the restroom. Excellent experience!“

“The food is amazing, this is the only place that you are going to find this taste it's delicious, be careful though if you order a large meal it will be 20 dollars but you'll get 2 burgers the size of a double Q lbs with cheese at mcdonalds, a full basket of fries and a delicious cup of cheese, more than enough cheese trust me for the fries and a large drink, more than enough food for the price for sure. The customer service was also decent, they seem like good people.“

“We went to Penn Station in Avon tonight, where we met Logan. I haven't seen such genuine, friendly customer service in years!! We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with ghost pepper cheese, a cheese steak sub with ghost pepper cheese, and fries. The ghost pepper cheese had an amazing kick and perfect flavor, and we really enjoyed it! Absolutely delicious and fresh!! Also very generous with the fries! “The man that runs this establishment is one of the sweetest kindest men I have ever met in my life. It is one day before my pay day and i have overdraft protection that normally works. My children wanted Mr Hero and i only had 25 dollars. But i knew i get paid tomorrow so if my account goes negative it will be for less than 6 hours. Well my overdraft protection wouldn’t let the payment go through. I felt embarrassed and upset that they prepared food i couldn’t pay for. He didn’t make scene or cause a fuss. He took my 25 dollars and ask i come back and pay him tomorrow. Something most establishments wouldn’t do. I appreciate his kindness and will go in tomorrow and tip very well. Having your card declined is so embarrassing and he was so sweet about it. I will never go in anywhere thinking my bank had me covered ever again. But this was the kindest act I’ve seen in a long time.“

“We went this afternoon for the first time and really enjoyed it! I didn't catch his name but the guy who took our order was great. The lemonade tastes just like the kind you get from the county fair and the cookies and cream milkshake was delicious. ? My husband got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and loved it! I got a classic Philly cheesesteak that to me was perfect. Bread was soft, meat wasn't over salted like other places, enough juice that the meat wasn't dry but also didn’t make the bread soggy. Oh and the ultimate fries were soo good! Will go back again!“

“Went there today at around 530 there were two young men working we ordered a Philly cheese steak and a chicken teriyaki wrap and it was amazing worth the 30 dollars we spent and great customer service from both men , we also got large fries and boy were they well worth it.
