“I'm at the wheelersburg Starbucks daily sometimes 3x a day. ( I love pink drinks) I've been trying food, and have yet to be disappointed. The staff are wonderful these girls have become more like friends I see during the week.Items are always fresh, and I will choose this location over any other around me.Thank you for ALWAYS having such wonderful customer care.“

“Your standard McDonald's, not much to rave about. I will admit I prefer this one more to the Portsmouth location it seems a lot of their food is "fresher". The greatest thing I'd say is I probably had 3 cars ahead of me with a small wait. I just ordered a 10-piece nugget with nothing else and I got a complete 20-piece as gratitude for the wait which I can't turn down it was a nice surprise. The implementation of the third window for larger orders so that way workers don't always have to venture outside is a nice touch, plus the newer style while sadly more corporate-looking gives it a better overall look.“

“The tea they serve is packed with natural energy sources and very tasty! The staff is also knowledgeable about the combinations you can make for a perfect blend of nutrients and flavor. Some say the price for a tea here is expensive, however you get what you pay for and that's quality and goodness.“

“There is a line of 5 people who have waited nearly an hour because to move because mobile orders are being prioritized over physical customers. Being in business this is a huge NO and I’m pretty sure this would be your standard of customer care but your hardworking baristas are not being properly trained that way.“
