Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.“

The service was friendly, but could have a bit more forwardness by welcoming you as you come in the door and asking if you have ever been there and offering assistance with how everything works, rather than the customer feeling confused and having to ask. The atmosphere is clean and seems well managed, it just needs to be a bit more polished. It is a bit pricey, however, in the correct demographics it will do well. If the flavors of the week were posted in the window with a large bold font, so it can be seen while driving by it would bring more traffic through their doors.“

“We used Mrs. Goodman's for our wedding cake last month. We gave them the inspiration pics posted below along with 2 photos of our wedding cake (the photos with the topper on it). We wanted the white roses from the one cake but the greenery from the other. We didn't get to see the cake until cake cutting due to my parents picking up for us. WE WERE BLOWN AWAY!! They did so so well. It looked so amazing and tasted even better. They were also very affordable. Michele helped us go through the process and she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. “We were looking for a last minute cake for the 2 year old in our life. This bakery was recommended a while ago on a Facebook page so I thought we’d give it a try after looking at what they offered. The staff was amazing and made sure they asked if it was for a birthday. They put a chocolate ‘Happy Birthday’ candy on top and gave us candles, a cake cutter and matches. Really a thoughtful gift to help celebrate her birthday. She LOVED the chocolate cloud cake since it mixed her favorites both berries and chocolate. We can’t wait to go back and try the other yummy options.“

“I was looking for a sweet potato cheesecake for my husband's birthday, so I started to do a little research. I had never heard of Ri'Joyce pies, but she had all 5 star reviews on google, and reviews are a huge part of why I choose a service/product, so I was immediately intrigued! The process was very easy, I went onto the website and ordered. She reached out to let me know that she had received my order and would have it ready for pickup as requested. When I went to pick it up, we chatted, and Sharita was very friendly with a bubbly personality! She said that she is the sole baker, and takes lots of pride in her food. She told me to let her know if I had any problems at all with the cheesecake, and she would be more than happy to fix it for me. But there were no problems at all. The cheesecake was DELICIOUS! I had absolutely no complaints at all. Without a doubt, the next time I need a handmade pie, cheesecake, etc, I'm absolutely going to Ri'Joyce Pies!“

“First time customer and I will definitely be a forever customer. The level of customer service I received was above and beyond my expectations. I ordered several custon edible images a day prior and at the last minute, right before closing I ordered another. I had issues with the image in my phone but KK came to the rescue with her exceptional customer service. I also needed a specific color sprinkles and she made it on the spot making this place a one stop shop for me. I usually have to go to several places and order online for orders because not one place has it all. “My Mother in law and I happened upon this place while driving around Columbus before we went to COSI. I am so glad we stopped because the staff were all very kind and helpful, their food was awesome and the ambiance/vibe was so great. It was a great place to chill and have great conversation. I had the avocado toast with lox and a poached egg, not only did it look amazing, but it tased so good! My M-I-L got a Monte Cristo sandwich and loved it. Also we got some of their delicious rosemary and olive oil bread, banana bread and a peach basil muffin to go. We each had a specialty coffee drink as well. Highly recommend!“

The area manager Alex reached out to me after I had a issue with a lady that I spoke with over the phone and rectified my issues. He was very understanding and nice enough to offer free food which I greatly appreciate.

I fully understand some days are rough and people have emotions, but working in a restaurant or anything related with customer service you have to show nothing but smiles and be happy even if your having a bad day.
