“Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.“

“We used Mrs. Goodman's for our wedding cake last month. We gave them the inspiration pics posted below along with 2 photos of our wedding cake (the photos with the topper on it). We wanted the white roses from the one cake but the greenery from the other. We didn't get to see the cake until cake cutting due to my parents picking up for us. WE WERE BLOWN AWAY!! They did so so well. It looked so amazing and tasted even better. They were also very affordable. Michele helped us go through the process and she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. “The food was quality, but could have more flavor. The service was friendly, but could have a bit more forwardness by welcoming you as you come in the door and asking if you have ever been there and offering assistance with how everything works, rather than the customer feeling confused and having to ask. The atmosphere is clean and seems well managed, it just needs to be a bit more polished. It is a bit pricey, however, in the correct demographics it will do well. If the flavors of the week were posted in the window with a large bold font, so it can be seen while driving by it would bring more traffic through their doors.“

“We were looking for a last minute cake for the 2 year old in our life. This bakery was recommended a while ago on a Facebook page so I thought we’d give it a try after looking at what they offered. The staff was amazing and made sure they asked if it was for a birthday. They put a chocolate ‘Happy Birthday’ candy on top and gave us candles, a cake cutter and matches. Really a thoughtful gift to help celebrate her birthday. She LOVED the chocolate cloud cake since it mixed her favorites both berries and chocolate. We can’t wait to go back and try the other yummy options.“

“Drive 25 min out of my way to get my order because it was the only Crumbl that had the Dubai cookie. After receiving my order, once I got back to my car, I realized one cookie in my order was without icing. It’s the second time this has happened. I don’t submit the order so when they showed me the box I assumed it was all correct. Regardless how does an employee see the non icing cookie and realize it’s not right? The other cookies were fine. But good grief, get your orders correct.“

“Amazing homemade pies. I went big and got 3 because who doesn’t need 3 whole pies?! The French meat pie is everything you want it to be. Had it for dinner twice with 4 people so it goes a long way. The chess pie was delicious and I loved adding fresh fruit to it. The crusts on both are amazing. The next up is the cinnamon apple pie which I froze and will reheat!
Owner was super friendly and welcomed us in her home. We will definitely be back for more!

Edit: I came back for more. The chicken pot pie is amazing. Loved everything about it. The blueberry pie is phenomenal. I feel like really good blueberry desserts are hard to find and this one might be my favorite so far! I would upload a photo, but all the pies disappear so fast…“

“I lived all my life in Manzanillo, Colima, Mexico. At age 30 I moved to Columbus (2015.) On the weekends I enjoy having a cup of coffee (best specialty coffee I can find if possible) and try bakeries from all around Columbus. I've been to Resch's, Pistacia Vera, Belle's Bread, Dan the Baker, Yawning Bear Bread, TOUS les JOURS, Fox in the Snow; to name a few. I've enjoyed them all. The place I keep coming back the most is Bakery 3 Espigas, in part because it's not too far away from where I live but mainly because I regard their pastries as some of the tasties I can find in town. They have a large variety (I've tried ~13+ styles; have my personal favorites) and I've never had a bad experience. Also, most pastries are about $1.40 /piece (as of 08/09/2025.)
