Happy that made one close to my house. The staff is friendly and food is always fresh. Today I tried the new waffle sandwich without bacon added an egg and a slice of cheese I had at home.
I can’t say enough about Kelly the manager at the Whitehall location. She is a genuinely good person. She goes above and beyond as a manager to ensure you are pleased with your experience. It truly feels like it’s her pleasure to serve. She’s the best part of the team!!
Chick Fila just does it better. Shout out to the employees here! Way better than the ones at your local McDonald's...

Chick-fil-A is a welcome addition close to home, so there is no need to drive far. The staff is friendly, and the food is always fresh. The food is a win as usual. One customer tried the new waffle sandwich without bacon, adding an egg and a slice of cheese at home. Another ordered a cob salad, with waffle fries, and a strawberry hibiscus, and found it good overall. The manager goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasing experience and truly makes it feel like a pleasure to serve. However, one customer does not agree with the company having the staff outside taking orders when it is a heat advisory, calling this practice a recipe for disaster. Another customer was helped with rewards and drinks when the machine was down and will definitely come back.
