“My husband & I have always make a point of stopping at this Arby's when we pass through the Willard area because of their friendly service, great food and clean restrooms. I was passing through Willard on my deceased mother's birthday and I remembered how my mother loved Arby's Chocolate milkshakes so I decided to stop and have one in her memory. When I told the cashier she said it was on her and would not charge me. She & Arby's blessed me beyond words on a difficult day! Thank you!“

Morning breakfast there is always this wonderful lady who says a quick few kind words and interacts with my children! They love that as they are talkers.
Lunch. You might be lucky to get a quick chat and a smile.

“The restaurant itself was really clean. They messed up our order and they weren't really busy so I'm not sure why it didn't come out right but everybody has a bad moment and maybe this was one of theirs. They did fix the issue and give us another sandwich.“
