“I love this location but at certain times of the day. During the day the customer service is on point!!! But evening / night it’s trash. The younger employees be needing home training before they get a job because their customer service sucks. But anywho during the day, I love this location and the cookies!“

“My boyfriend and I were strolling along downtown Willoughby around 10am, nothing was really open except Michael’s. We stopped in, were greeted by a kind man and saw not much was left except some Cinnamon Rolls. Figured that meant they must’ve been good, tried one of them and it was amazing!
