“I became acquainted with Mission BBQ when they had a food truck at the Chardon Maple Festival several years ago. The pulled pork sandwich with the coleslaw is my favorite. Everything my family and I have tried here has been incredible. And we love the atmosphere as well. I can’t recommend this place enough! If you love BBQ and food for the soul, you’ll love Mission BBQ.“

“Oak & Embers Tavern is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. The menu is a barbecue lover's dream, and everything we tried was outstanding.

The smoked brisket was the highlight—perfectly tender and bursting with flavor. The pulled pork was equally impressive, with just the right amount of smoky goodness. And don’t even get me started on the sides! The mac and cheese was creamy and delicious, and the smoked jalapeño cornbread was a delightful surprise.

“On 2/3/25, I need to know the name of the person who cooked the smothered pork chops, greens, mash potatoes from scratch, broccoli. Everything was so good, seasoned and nice portions. “Checking out a different location of Beckham's B&M Bar-B-Que. I was disappointed in another location and thought they were all the same; so, I avoided the other locations. This location was highly recommended by a neighbor. So, we checked it out. It is true the locations are not the same! I fell in love before I bit into any of the food because of the welcoming staff. Then the food took my love over the top! God willing we will be coming back! They passed my pork chop test. If a restaurant doesn't pass the pork chop test my returning is not an option. My dining mates are the rib and wing combo dinner and the wing dinner. They loved their dishes.“
