“The Tropical Cafe on Cherokee Street in Chattanooga, TN is by far the best I have ever been too!! They actually know us by name and greet us by our names every time. Their Sandwiches are always fresh and hot and made to order and their smoothies are absolutely out of this world!!! Especially the Peanut Protein Smoothie 😋😋😋. We love this location so much and how were treated we visit at least once or twice every week.“

“Stopped there at the Mentor location this morning on my way to work. Not a frequenter of these types of places but I was searching for ways to get more protein. Not really knowing much about how this smoothie place works or what's good, the lovely lady working there this morning (I didn't catch her name) was so helpful even gave me a sample. I will be back thanks for a great start to my morning!!! Awesome service I must say. It was around 9:45 Feb 4 at the Mentor Location I hope that woman gets promoted or something.“

“Today was my first time here and I came with friends and my 5 year old son. We had the pleasure of being waited on by Sebastian! He was extremely patient with my son and went the extra mile with his food recommendations and making it kid-friendly. He also noticed which sauces I seemed to like the most and brought one that did not originally come with my meal. The food and atmosphere as wonderful in itself, but Sebastian made our first time here one to be remembered! Thank you to him!!“

“Okay so there is not enough smoothie Kings around Cleveland Ohio I'm tired of going to Pulp and wanted to try something different so beyond juicery I noticed there are a few around I usually order fresh lemonade from Pope which uses fresh lemons which I really love so beyond juicery does juices but they're lemonade is already pre-made and they just add fruit to it which I do not think that is a fresh lemonade if you are already using a juice that is already made.“

“Robeks is my favorite smoothie place. I usually go to the one in Harvard park but this one is actually closer to home. I am allergic to bananas and always make sure I call beforehand to ensure that no mistake be made in my order. The employee working this morning took extra care in making my smoothie and made it exactly to my liking with all my special requests.“

“The smoothies are great, but there needs to be a work culture that shows professionalism. I was there yesterday around 530 or so, there were two staff members(a young lady and a young male), who were cursing and playing while customers were in the lobby. i ask the young man could I have my drinks because he qas so focused on her, that he seemed distracted. (puppy love, I get it). Moreover, I'm all for the young folks taking charge, but the owner should invest in more customer service training. with that being said, I know that the product sales itself, so the owner probably isn't worried about customer service. “Kudos to the 3 young ladies that were working at the time of the tornado warning today 8/6/24. I had placed an online order before leaving Mentor, as I proceeded to the store the emergency alert started and then it started pouring rain and getting windy. I ran in and got my order and they offered my child and I to come in and shelter in place. I had my mother in the car so I declined and said thank you but we would be fine. After returning to the car I stopped and read the alert about finding shelter and started to re-think their offer. We decided to go in and take cover. They were very kind and set us up with some chairs in the hallway back by the bathroom away from the front windows. We sat there and waited until the coast was clear. As we were leaving we all wished each other well and my son offered his compliments on the smoothies. Then we were on our way. My point is, the smoothies were good but more importantly than that, it was the kindness and character of the good humans that I came into contact with at that moment. Thank you girls ?“
