“Stopped there at the Mentor location this morning on my way to work. Not a frequenter of these types of places but I was searching for ways to get more protein. Not really knowing much about how this smoothie place works or what's good, the lovely lady working there this morning (I didn't catch her name) was so helpful even gave me a sample. I will be back thanks for a great start to my morning!!! Awesome service I must say. It was around 9:45 Feb 4 at the Mentor Location I hope that woman gets promoted or something.“

“Employee Teju (sorry if spelled wrong) super nice, made experience great! Usually come for regular fruit smoothies but it was national coffee day so tried their free cold brew protein coffee. Service great but you can def taste the protein powder.“

“We had such a great experience at Candy Cloud in Willoughby! We ordered a mix of treats, including the Blended Blue Coconut Lemonade, Birthday Cake layered, and fun add-ins like Sweet Cream Cloud Foam, Sour Blue Raspberry Boba, and Strawberry Popping Boba, everything was delicious!
The Blue Coconut Lemonade was perfectly blended, super refreshing, and had that bright, summery flavor. The Birthday Cake layered was a hit too, fluffy, sweet, and tasted exactly like real birthday cake. The boba add-ins made everything even more fun.
The staff was friendly, the shop was clean and cute, and everything tasted fresh. Even the large iced water was crisp.
Overall, such a fun and unique treat spot. We’ll definitely be back to try more flavors!“

“Today was my first time here and I came with friends and my 5 year old son. We had the pleasure of being waited on by Sebastian! He was extremely patient with my son and went the extra mile with his food recommendations and making it kid-friendly. He also noticed which sauces I seemed to like the most and brought one that did not originally come with my meal. The food and atmosphere as wonderful in itself, but Sebastian made our first time here one to be remembered! Thank you to him!!“

“Robeks is my favorite smoothie place. I usually go to the one in Harvard park but this one is actually closer to home. I am allergic to bananas and always make sure I call beforehand to ensure that no mistake be made in my order. The employee working this morning took extra care in making my smoothie and made it exactly to my liking with all my special requests.“

“The smoothies are great, but there needs to be a work culture that shows professionalism. I was there yesterday around 530 or so, there were two staff members(a young lady and a young male), who were cursing and playing while customers were in the lobby. i ask the young man could I have my drinks because he qas so focused on her, that he seemed distracted. (puppy love, I get it). Moreover, I'm all for the young folks taking charge, but the owner should invest in more customer service training. with that being said, I know that the product sales itself, so the owner probably isn't worried about customer service. IJS Bad Look.“

“Whoop Bubble Tea is easily one of the best spots around for boba lovers. The drinks are super fresh, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. You can tell they use quality ingredients—the pearls are soft and chewy, and the flavors actually taste like what they’re supposed to (the brown sugar milk and strawberry matcha are next level). The staff is friendly, the shop has a fun, chill vibe, and everything comes out fast. Definitely a go-to spot for a quick treat or a study break!“

“You ever have one of those days where you wake up, everything starts going wrong. Today was one. Just little things here and there. My family was at work and I was thirsty. So I stopped here. (The one on Robin Hood) got a large raging berry and a large peach beach.
I’ll be honest, I did the “make sure she sees the tip” thing. And I asked. Please make the best smoothies ever. Then I said. I don’t even care about mine. Make hers perfect.
So here’s my review. I’ve been stopping here for years now. Every time, they’re amazing smoothies. Tipping doesn’t make them better or worse. And it may have been a placebo effect…but I don’t think so.
Normally my large smoothies last me all day. Sip here and there and enjoy it. I dunno what magic they/she (wasn’t paying attention to who made it. I’m so sorry) did. But holy…baby jebus rocking in a cradle with RNGesus. This smoothie is already gone. Time frame…bought at 12…gone at 1. That’s a record. I want this flavor in my mouth. Now. And more. When my family took her first sip…she said the hair stood up in her arm and she got tingles.
Today these two girls (women I know…but I’m old now) made my day much better. And it made hers better. And for a few extra bucks they deserve every penny.
