Do you people not realize it's ya all's fault yo food take too long ? They got only one cook.I'm remaining anonymous under my email name but ya all show that kid some respect I ain't met him nah but I seen the look on his face he looks like he's got no soul he got that thousand yard stare. “We had the best day watching The Buckeyes at The Wild Goose! One of our sons lives in Willoughby & the other son & his wife live in Shaker Heights. Fav spot for our kids but our first time. The pizzas, onion rings & buffalo dip were amazing! Outstanding selection of beers. Loved the atmosphere. Charming but lots of TVs as well. Can’t say enough about the staff!!! Outstanding service & so friendly! Cant wait to come back!“

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!“

“Let me start with the service. I was here to pick up an order I placed online of 3 pizzas. I'm giving 3 stars because I came in and stood at the counter waiting to be acknowledged at least 3 minutes. The only other customer there was sitting down. Workers were present and actively working and made eye contact with me just didn't voice or offer a hand signal of like "we'll be right with you" or "just 1 sec" or something along those lines. That's it. Will it stop me from coming back? Not unless I see this as a pattern. Maybe it was a 1 off.
The pizzas were great. My personal favorite is the pepperoni and sausage. My guests loved the veggie pizza. No complaints whatsoever on food. I usually eat only pepperoni pizza but at this place, it's something about the pepperoni/sausage pizza that makes my stomach smile.“

“The tavern pizza was really good. Can't wait to try their take on a Detroit pizza. Unfortunately they only sell it as a large, way too big for a single person to eat.

While the tavern pizza is only on the menu as a large pizza, the wonderful lady told me how to order to get a small one.
