Edit: new stuff is amazing. Peach gazpacho is nuts. Every time I go I'm smiling over each and every bite. The sandwiches are awesome but I highly recommend the soups and salads that rotate frequently. They're usually listed towards the top of the menu and never disappointed.“

“A beautiful, clean, coffee shop with really lovely, well informed baristas and great coffee beans! At the end of my trip to Cincinnati I purchased a V60 pour over of the Gesha coffee they had that day from Finca San Jeronimo Minamar in Guatemala. It was so delicious I got a bag of coffee beans to go! Notes of jasmine, peach, and shortbread! The barista told me “brew it at a high temperature to really get the jasmine notes.” They were right!I tend to rate a city by the presence of high quality coffee shops, and because of Deeper Roots, Cincinnati was an absolute hit with me!“

“I've been to a lot of coffee shops in the Cincinnati metro. And when I say a lot, I mean a LOT. In terms of taste, this has to be in my Top 5. I got an iced salted caramel latte with whole milk. Great flavor and they don't overdo it with the milk. Everyone is always super nice, even in the mornings before work (which is saying something lol). Definitely added to my list of semi-regular coffee stops!“

“I can’t believe I’ve been going here for over a year and never left a review! Everyone there is incredibly nice. The manager, I’ve heard him interview a couple people, He seems amazing and like he really cares about his people and the working environment. Everyone that I’ve ever met at the register, while maybe a little overwhelmed because of the morning rush, I’ve never had a bad experience with them. It’s mine and my fiancé’s favorite place to hang out and play Uno. We definitely buy way too many snacks while there.“

“We came here for our Saturday morning coffee date. This is the 11th coffee place in Cincinnati we’ve been to.We got the PB&J latte, and Raspberry Crumble Cake latte. Both are excellent!! Not too sweet, not to faint.We also got the maple sausage breakfast sandwich and blueberry baked oatmeal. Both were somewhere in between good & great. I typically get a scone, but they were out of a lot of pastries due to delivery issue with a supplier.The vibe is pretty cool! Lots of plants and seating space for all types of reasons. Reading, studying, work, conference meetings, personal one-on-one’s. Open space, but pretty quiet as there weren’t a lot of people there.Overall we’d definitely come again!“

“We came here for our weekly Saturday coffee date. Nice location, lots of indoor & outdoor space. Wasn’t busy at all. Service was friendly & helpful. Paid street parking. Food & drink were good.

My wife got a hazelnut latte with the chibata breakfast sandwich, and I got the drip coffee and apple coffee cake. I’d say the coffee, latte, and food were good, but nothing stood out as great. We both agree we’d come back here if we have a lot of people and or because of the area, but food alone wouldn’t bring us back. Overall nice coffee shop.“

Parking: its right to the right of the store, nice free st Bernard lot. I've never had an issue getting a spot before.“
