“We had a large party and were seated in a private room. The space was comfortable and well-designed, with adjustable lighting options (on, off, or dim) and small lamps on each table that created a cozy atmosphere. Water was already set out when we arrived, and the menus were neatly placed on the plates.

The service was excellent. Multiple staff members checked in throughout the meal, making sure everything was perfect. They cleared used plates and silverware between courses and explained how the dining experience worked, noting that sides would be served “family style” to share.

I ordered the 6 oz filet, which came with bone marrow and was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. For appetizers, several of us had the French onion soup and fried artichokes, both of which were absolutely delicious. For sides, we enjoyed steak fries, whipped potatoes, dauphinois potatoes (my favorite), and grilled asparagus. Every dish was exceptional.

Overall, the entire experience was exceptional — from the atmosphere and service to the incredible food. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.“

“Great food, so many meats! And our server Moe was so friendly and provided great service. They gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. We chose the cheese cake and our server recommended the Milky Way martini and the Brazilian coffee which was so good with the cheesecake!“

“First time! Excited! Heard nothing but compliments. The restaurant had many open seats. We enter and a person of upper management looked up and punched in something and then directed the server. The server, under direction took us to the worst place in the restaurant. My prayer was that it wasn’t because we were a family of color. I tried hard to disregard the thought as we were directed to sit outside the kitchen door. :—/. I was getting away from the kitchen. That was the last place I wanted to celebrate our special occasion. I asked for a different place in the restaurant that was housing one other visible couple. She was very happy to oblige us. “The service was incredible. I was with a large party and our server (I think his name was Mike) and the bartender tag teamed us and gave amazing recommendations, prompt service, and were both so accommodating for our group and catered to our dietary restrictions so well.
The food was delicious! It was such a neat concept— they’ve really nailed the family style of restaurant dining and elevated it! Also, the details throughout the restaurant truly set this experience apart– the plates were just darling. “Went tonight to celebrate my mother's 93rd birthday. The Manager, Waiter and lobby/reception area couldn't be nicer. The Chef brought out something special to add to our celebration. Everyone treated us Royal. Food was AMAZING! This place is Nothing but the best. We left stuffed and thrilled we made a great choice in where to celebrate. They even had a special menu made up for my mother with a happy 93rd birthday printed on it. She was thrilled. We will always remember this night.“

“I feel like I got cheated from an awesome experience because of my waiter Adonis. he was not rude, he was just inpatient, he didn't recommend any toppings for my steak and was so matter of fact, he said he been there for a while like 8 years but it was so rushed and he was a somewhat of a mr know it all, I would go back but I would want a different server, he like finished my sentence and didn't take my request seriously it ruined the mood, the steak was ok, Def not in my top 5 steak house in the area!“

“As always, the food and service were exceptional! French onion soup, stuffed mushrooms, prime rib, strip steak. Everything was perfectly prepared! Our server was great; we've had her a few times in the past, and she always goes above and beyond. The only drawback on this particular visit was the couple with the unruly toddler who screeched at the top of his lungs repeatedly the entire evening. I know that we were not the only patrons that were disturbed by this. Austin's is NOT the type of restaurant to take young children to that don't know how to behave properly.“

And the customer service was great... I used to eat there all the time I hadn't been there in a while... But I have to say I was very impressed today 😃“

“I started with a dry gin martini that was perfection. I ordered the Caesar salad and the fillet. The filet was cooked to perfection. I wasn't a fan of the Caesar dressing but the salad was crisp and fresh. The carrot cake is amazing. Excellent experience, service, and food.“

Thanks Ms. Charlie for the excellent service for our birthday celebration. You did a great job getting orders for 15 people. The Resturant had a private room with came in very handy.. I suggest that management hire and try to keep good staffing, so the restaurant can't continue to thrive, function at a high level and keep great people that want to working and help you stay successful !“
