“My friend and I were driving from New York to Utah and just stopped at a random Subway in Ohio. The two workers there were very kind and thoughtful and it was a great break during our long trip. I had to use the WiFi which worked great. The only bummer was that they did have any turkey so it was a 9.8 experience. But if they did, it would be a 10/10 :)“

“Ordered 2 steak egg & cheese bagels this morning and got 2 bacon egg and cheese bagels instead with 2 scrawny pieces of under cooked bacon. Seem like whatever you order, it's crap or not what you ordered. Won't be back.“

“I ordered off the app and the food is amazing. The young lady went beyond her duties and brought this out to me so I could have my food right before they closed and it was the exact order that I needed. The young lady has amazing attitude about things she needs a raise or become the manager if she’s not the manager. Definitely highly recommend“

“Came to this location tonight after visiting oak harbors… let’s just say Genoa will always be top tier. We told the employee serving us, Hannah, about our poor experience and showed her the food that was given to us at the oak harbor location (not good at all). She was so sweet and apologized for our bad experience and made sure our order looked good. She even threw in free taco coupons for us. Seriously, will always be the best Taco Bell I’ve been to.“

“I placed a pickup order sunday (9/7/25) around 5:00 pm. They were super busy, but the staff did an amazing job!!! The food was perfect and the service was even better. I'm hoping management sees this review because the staff was truly working all together and getting it done, with a smile.“
