“It is a hole in da wall. During the weekdays I'm always able to get a seat no matter what time I go. Made the mistake and went on a Saturday about 12:10 p.m. and the wait for a seat was 30 minutes and I was like number 5 in line. Needless to say I got my food to go. The food is delicious my favorite would be the wonton dumplings in chili oil and the cucumber salad.“

John G, helped on my most recent stop and he is so courteous and mindful. One of the managers named Cindy is also so amazing. Doordashing food will usually diminish the quality of the food, but from happy house, best Chinese food ive had in a long time. That should say something to all of the other Chinese places in Tulsa. Most of them suck. Happy House is always my go to when I want Chinese food.“

“Our favorite Chinese, the very best in Oklahoma. Moving here from California, we were having a hard time finding Chinese food we liked. I was looking all over for Wor Won Ton Soup and this is the only place that has it. It's called Subgum Won Ton , but its the same and just as good as in Cali. They have bbq pork too which I can't find on other menus. Everything has been fresh, delicious and huge portions. Some of our favorites beside the bbq pork and soup are - pork loin mein,( the best) egg foo young!, orange beef, beef and broccoli, happy family, beef and scallops, 3 seasons, dumplings. We haven't had anything we didn't like. We have a lot of leftovers for lunch which we love and their menu has more options than most. It is so clean in there too and they get everything right in our big order every time. We won't eat anywhere else for Chinese food. So happy to have found this little gem!“

“The worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Sweet n sour shrimp was interesting. I think it was imitation crab meat. I couldn’t identify what it was. The other dish had a rank smell to it. Even the fried rice and fried egg rolls were terrible.“

“Chinese Gourmet Express is my favorite place to eat when visiting Woodland Hills Mall. I have been a fan of their food since their first location at Promanade Mall, when their burbon chicken was only $5 a plate.

Fast forward through the years and it is still the same great tasting burbon chicken, just cost more due to inflation, but I still LOVE it!
When the cravings for Chinese hits, we will even drive to the mall just to go to the food court for this burbon and chicken.

During our visit, we went with two of the 2 item combos that included the rice. One was with the general tso chicken and broccoli and beef, while the other was merely a double order of burbon chicken with extra sauce on the rice.

I was told the other meal was good but the burbon chicken was still better. I personally only ate the burbon chicken, and it was perfect. They had just brought a new fresh pan of it out of the kitchen as well.

Overall, I would recommend visiting the Chinese Gourmet Express located at the Woodland Hills Mall. I will not vouch for other foods there, except the burbon chicken. There is nothing else around quite like it!“

“Been coming to this family business for since I was a child, grew up when they known as Egg roll Express and when it branched off this new name, but the same amazing people with the same amazing taste I've loved since I was introduced to them by my family. So all I can say is this will definitely be my favorite till the end of times!“

However, their prices have went up so much which I get is just part of the world at this point but damn the best part about this place was it was a good cheap meal and it filled you up now it cost just as much as anything else so I remember when the lunch special was 495 when I first moved here like eight years ago and now I can’t even get a side order of sweet-and-sour chicken in without it being $13 for just the order of chicken, which is crazy“

“What can you say Panda Express is just a good place to have a meal when you’re on the road!! The food at this restaurant was very good and fresh, granted I had to wait about 15 mins to get the food but overall the wait was worth the hot and amazing food.
