“Are you tired of the same old same old? Then try a DIFFERENT flavor of Hispanic food! As the name implies, it’s “sort of” Puerto Rican. So, don’t come expecting the typical sofrito-taste, but I love that she has given the criollo staples her own creative touch! I also like that you can come grab a just a bite, but also have several full meal options. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the rice is undercooked (capital sin in the Puerto Rican bible) The aroma of the pork has me salivating all the way home, and the flavor did not disappoint! The pork (pernil) is juicy and tender, and although I could do without the slightly spicy (because PR food has zero spicy) it was still soooo good! The stuffed potato balls (papas rellenas) are a nostalgic experience, oh man, I could live off of those 🥹 The piña colada was also very good, I like the little bits of coconut in the mix. I do wish they had more of the typical desserts, like pastelillos de guayaba and quesitos, but a boricua living in Oklahoma can only wish. I hope next time the rice is soft and loose and grainy-I’m sure it was just a fluke today. I can’t wait to return!”

“I don't right many reviews on places but I have to share my experience. So Thought I would try this new location and had the pleasure of meeting the assistant manager JR. He was so friendly and so was the rest of his team and i was greeted by every employee as i entered. I have been to a lot of locations and they do not hold up to the quality of service i received at this location. I ordered 2 plates and had to wait on one of my entrees to finish being cooked, which gave me time to observe the way the staff worked together so efficiently and to see that even though the drive through crew was busy they were still smiling. JR himself had a smile from the moment i walked in and the moment i walked out. I watched JR show the man that checked me out patiently show him how to properly slice the chicken teriyaki and he did it enthusiasticly with a smile on his face.
The food was awesome and I think some of the other locations could learn something from JR and his crew on making quality food and customer service. You can really see the pride JR takes in his work. It made for a great experience and I have found my new go to location.”

I chose the recommend option because it is still a good place but I've been super disappointed the last couple times I've gone/attempted to go. The last time I went in, the ice cream was visibly soft. I tried a couple samples and it was more foam than ice cream. I like frozen solid ice cream. My husband got some but I passed. It was summer and I have worked in ice cream stores before so I chalked it up to the heat coming in and said I'd give it another chance. The past two times (tonight included) that I've tried going, there's no parking. Between the surrounding buildings and hotel parking/valet, there's no space for customers. I give up. They are good but not park and walk a mile away good. I miss the Boxyard location. (And no, I don't go to to BA so I don't go to that location.) 4/5 stars for quality and flavors. 1/5 stars for ease/convenience and location.”

“I had my first açaí bowl ever today from the Rainbow Bowls food truck at the vintage market in Little Rock. It was quite possibly the greatest thing Ive ever eaten in my 33 years of existence. Waitress brought us a shot and had an attitude and when I said something about it she went behind the bar and loudly started b*tching about me when they were the ones NOT doing the job they are paid to do. “We went to the 71st and Aspen location for the first time 3 weeks ago after seeing a review on a local Facebook food review group. We have gone every Friday since. The food is always fantastic and the service is wonderful. Margaritas are on point and the ratios are really good, doesn’t have that heavy sweet and sour taste. They are busy but we never mind the wait, as they turn tables over so quickly. Complementary queso and salsa is tasty yet not overly tomato tasting, flavored very well.”

“Dear Andy’s Frozen Custard Team,

First off, I want to say that I love Andy’s and have been a loyal customer for years. However, I’ve recently had two experiences that left me deeply concerned — especially regarding food allergies.

On both visits, I ordered a Stolen Brownie Sundae with no cherry due to a cherry allergy. The first time, a cherry was placed on top. When I pointed it out, the team member attempted to scoop the cherry off and give it back to me. I had to explain that I’m allergic and that even traces can cause a reaction. Thankfully, she kindly remade the sundae.

Unfortunately, on my next visit, I again requested no cherry, but the sundae still had visible cherry juice on it. I informed the staff of my allergy and was asked to pull around. When a new sundae was brought out, the staff member who handed it to me seemed irritated, as though I were an inconvenience.

I’m sharing this because food allergies are serious and potentially life-threatening. Simply removing or scooping off allergens (like cherries or nuts) isn’t safe. Please make sure your team is properly trained on allergy protocols to avoid dangerous situations.

I love Andy’s and want to continue being a customer, but I hope this feedback leads to better training and awareness.”

Today’s order, was two, large, create your own pizzas and a salad. The pizzas were a delicious combination Canadian Bacon, Giant Pepperoni, Ground Sausage, Italian Sausage, Salami, Black Olives, Jalapeños, Mixed Onions, Mushrooms, Herb & Cheese Blend all on original crust with red sauce and Mozzarella. It is a delicious artisan pizza designed by Spike and assembled by Papa Murphy’s!”

“Eggroll Street in Broken Arrow is hands-down our favorite local place for Chinese takeout. It’s a true family-run restaurant, and you can feel the care they put into everything they do—from the parents to the kids, everyone pitches in and it shows.

The chicken teriyaki is absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and always hot and fresh. We’re also big fans of their fried rice. You can customize it however you like, or keep it simple with just egg. Their combo plates are solid and give you a great mix of everything.

Don’t sleep on the fried wontons—they’re crispy and packed with flavor. The egg drop soup is another winner, especially on chilly days or when you want something warm and comforting.

They also do a great job with kids’ meals. Ours love the sweet-and-sour chicken and eggrolls combo—it’s the perfect size and always a hit.

I’ve seen some negative reviews out there, but honestly, this place deserves way more love. It’s clean, consistent, and run by a hard-working family that truly cares about their food and their customers. Open to picky requests.

And the constant use of the machine on the table to order and pay makes it somewhat impersonal. If you go to an Italian restaurant and expect to pay around 15-25 dollars a plate you expect to have a server, not a machine.”

“When I was a kid, all of these used to be huge; we went there almost every week for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere just seems off since, you know, it's not that busy anymore. I don't see why it's not busy; the food is fantastic. If you want a burger any way you want it cooked, they'll cook it; they even ask how you want your burger. It is sad that you can't just get pickles off the pickle bar anymore, but at least they still give you pickles. I got a mushroom and Swiss burger, medium-rare, with fried okra. I get fried okra at almost every place, just to try it out; they're fire—okay, soaked in their juices—it's just glorious.”

“Wonderful experience at this hidden gem in BA. I had the nagi hamachi roll and the volcano roll and they were absolutely amazing! My fiancée doesn’t do sushi, but he really enjoyed the beef donburi. We split the gyoza as an appetizer and the pork was very tender and the ginger sauce complimented the dish perfectly. Complimentary edamame was also a great touch. Server was friendly and attentive. Very modern and clean atmosphere at an affordable price! Highly recommended if you’re in the mood for fine Japanese cuisine.”
