“I don't right many reviews on places but I have to share my experience. So Thought I would try this new location and had the pleasure of meeting the assistant manager JR. He was so friendly and so was the rest of his team and i was greeted by every employee as i entered. I have been to a lot of locations and they do not hold up to the quality of service i received at this location. I ordered 2 plates and had to wait on one of my entrees to finish being cooked, which gave me time to observe the way the staff worked together so efficiently and to see that even though the drive through crew was busy they were still smiling. JR himself had a smile from the moment i walked in and the moment i walked out. I watched JR show the man that checked me out patiently show him how to properly slice the chicken teriyaki and he did it enthusiasticly with a smile on his face.
The food was awesome and I think some of the other locations could learn something from JR and his crew on making quality food and customer service. You can really see the pride JR takes in his work. It made for a great experience and I have found my new go to location.“

“It was a really windy day today. The lady who was working the window was awesome. That was four of us in one car who didn't have any clue as to what we wanted to eat. She was so helpful and kind. All of our food was hot and seasoned perfectly. Would recommend this location to anyone.

“At least once a week I take my grandsons to this McDonalds location after school so they can get a ‘basket of fries’ (their favorite after school snack). First of all, the location is always super clean. It is the only location in our area (which has many many locations) that we will visit because it is so clean. Every time we visit the lobby, everything is spotless, and someone is cleaning. Second of all when we get the fries after school, they are always piping hot, which is amazing. Thirdly, every time we go through the drive-through after school to get fries, I ask that each order of fries be put in a separate bag because the boys like to start eating them on their way home, and then when I get them home, they have so much to carry in because of backpacks along with instruments, and it makes it easier if each one has their own bag to carry in. Anyway, yesterday, when we went through the drive-through to get the fries, when I got to the window to pick them up, they were already each in their own separate bag. I had to smile. Apparently they are beginning to recognize us and they know that we always ask for a second bag. I was very, very appreciative of this. Even my young grandson thought it was really neat that they took that extra step for us. I have always recommended this location to people when they ask, which is the best McDonald’s to go to in our area. This is just one more reason I will continue recommending this location!! Very very pleased with the food, the service and the cleanliness!!“

“This was the second time I've ever ate at an arbys in my life. First experience was horrible, but this location made up for it. I love rueben sandwiches and always forget arbys has them. Food and service at this location definitely second to none.“

“The lady who took my order in the drive thru was super nasty and wanted to argue with me when there was multiple cars behind me in line instead of fixing my order. I had ordered 3 20 piece nuggets with 3 baskets of fries which she rang up separately but it’s a meal that comes with the 20 piece and basket of fries and she said that I should’ve ordered it by saying “can I get the meal that has the 20 piece nuggets and basket of fries” I guess I didn’t realize there was a certain way to order the nuggets and fries so instead of fixing the issue and making 3 meals she rang them up separately and overcharged me by $5 so when I went to pay this really nice young man by the name of Isaeh helped me out and fixed my order making them meals. Really sweet boy didn’t even complain and really turned my bad experience around. The lady that took my order could use some customer service tips from Isaeh.“

“I couldn't have had a better experience with my family here. Tommis was amazing. My son his grandmother and I went to Arby's for dinner. As we walked up to the cashier who's name is Tommis said helllo ask us how we are doing. What blows me away was how patient Tommis was and didn't rush us when we were ordering. My son doesn't only have adhd but also is on the spectrum. Sometimes ording out in public dosen't go smoothly nor as quickly as some may like. I'm trying to teach my son how to order by himself. Tommis had the patience and didn't rush him took the time to look at my son and where he was pointing at to see what he would like. It was a true heartfelt moment“
