“My Boss took me for lunch here, after we found out they had a "Whole Catfish" option on the menu. I myself am not a fan of Seafood, but when the boss says go, we go lol. He got his catfish and was quite pleased. Me being a non-fan of the fish, tried the Alaskan cod. I was hoping it would be like a standard fish and chips, it wasn't. It was a little too fishy, almost as if the flavor of other products was affecting the cod. Overall, Solid 4! If you enjoy fish....“
“Clean, great service and delicious food. We shared fish and chips and crab cakes. The chips were hand cut fries, cod fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The crab cakes were delicious with plenty of crab. Everything tasted fresh. I will go again.“
“Stopped in for lunch. I had a steak and my friend had the bbq. My steak was cooked perfectly and had good flavor. Salad was average at best. My friend liked their bbq and stone mill potatoes. Service was excellent and the atmosphere seemed a little dated.“
“I recently moved into the area. The gentleman I purchased my home from had recommended Los Mariachis as his favorite Mexican restaurant. I saw it on my travels and decided to try. That guy was spot on!The street tacos were wonderful and came with two sauces. I asked for black beans and rice. They were fresh and a delicious compliment to the tacos. Service was nice as well. Wish I would have gotten her name. I ordered empanadas to go for a snack tonight.I'll be back!“
“No wonder this place is super full all the timeThe food is really good! ?? the mexican shrimp cocktail is boom, the gumbo soup is fkg delicious, the clam chowder on point, my server is the bestAdrian I believe is his nameHe is on it all the timeI love this place ❤️“
“If you want something quick and easy and not have to go into wait in line at the grocery stories, check out this little family shop. It's is quick and easy. They even have boba which I did not see until I was already paying. Will be back for more later.Parking: There are steps so be prepared.Kid-friendliness: Yes.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.“
“We came from Washington state to visit my wife’s family and were lucky enough to have dinner at this extraordinary restaurant! Everything from the outstanding service to the delicious food. We were very impressed and considered it a privilege to have been able to come here.“
“Stopped in a day of shopping famished..I got the broiled red snapper and sweetie got broiled shrimp combos. Flavorful snapper was flaky and everything, including the green beans and spicy rice were seasoned great. Lots to take home and there's a fish market on other side of restaurant. Awesome lunch place!“
“Ended up here after hearing 1.5hr waits for a two top at Texas Roadhouse, told them nope and walked across the street to this wonderful place. Haven't ever been to a Carraba's so the whole experience blew my mind a little. Hands down the best service I've had in the Tulsa area since I moved here in 2018. Frantz was a knowledgeable, very accommodating server that never was away from his area, kept checking to make sure we were fine without interrupting anybodys meal, and the one issue we had with our entrees was dealt with sincerity and immediate resolution by the owner directly. I've never had service anywhere near that in Tulsa before and the food was delicious and quick to the table. We will be definitely back!“
“The food here is fantastic! I love the onion rings they are so freaking good real thin and greasy and yummy! The fish is also super good as fresh cooked it's nice crisp big pieces, also love the clams; and the coconut shrimp is amazing! Great place to eat ♥️♥️♥️“
“Awesome Thai spot! Their menu is very extensive and lots of options for modifications, including many vegan choices. The flavors were spot on and the food tasted so fresh. We enjoyed the lettuce wraps, red curry, and yellow curry fried rice. Everything was great!“
“All ingredients feel fresh and tasty. Food quality is somewhat similar to a home cooked meal but with a luxurious presentation. We tried the pear gorgonzola, gnocchi and aglio e olio pasta and they were amazing. By far, one of the best restaurants in Tulsa.“
“My husband is disabled, and the manager was very kind to help us access the elevator to enter the restaurant. We learned the restaurant was once a basement bar, so the ambiance is intimate and dimly lit, and it has unique charm. The crab cakes had more crab than those in California. The lobster bisque had chunks of lobster and was best I've ever had. The pasta and red snapper was lightly blackened, delicious and hot! No cold food here! The pollo parmigiana was grilled, pounded chicken dressed in a unique way, and excellent! Homemade cheesecake was delightful. Devon, our server, was so attentive, drinks were always full. Far cry from CA. We highly recommend for visitors and locals. Enjoy!Wheelchair accessibility: Just ask the staff and they will navigate you to the elevator with a smile!“
“We enjoyed eating at Blue Coast Juicy Seafood today. The atmosphere was fun and had a sea side vibe. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent! Our server was very attentive and had everything we needed even before we asked. It was such a treat. I will go back again soon!“
“Everything about this place is really nice from the atmosphere to the deep fried catfish. There's only one thing I wish they'd consider and that'd be.Staying open a little longer, maybe until eight or nine, there aren't too many seafood places like this around.Keep up the great service....“
“It's one of our favorite restaurants in Tulsa. Excellent bar staff that knows how to consistently make refreshing drinks. Professional wait staff makes every meal a delightful experience. The meals are both visually appetizing and delicious. A perfect atmosphere for fine dining.“
“We go for lunch every once in a while. I get the chili verde, it's ok, mom gets the combo, she likes it,and my step dad get a shrimp on a banana leaf.a lot of shrimp.its consistent .i don't like their salsa( thats why the 4 stars), the service is alittle slow and hard to keep drinks filled. They kinda want to sit us in the back, when they see it's hard for my mom to walk.i get that it make be a server rotation thing, but the server could switch tables..“
“The Ridge Grill is a hidden gem! I recently had the pleasure of dining with family and friends and it was another remarkable dining experience. The ambiance was a perfect blend of sophistication and warmth, with soft lighting, tasteful décor, and professionalism. The menu, (we were there for brunch) showcased an impressive array of dishes that combined creativity with excellent ingredients. What truly set the experience apart was the impeccable service. The waitstaff was attentive without being intrusive. Every request was met with a smile, and the pacing of the meal was well-times, allowing us to enjoy each others company. If you're seeking an extraordinary dining experience, Ridge Grill is the perfect hidden gem to try.“
“Date of visit 10/29/222The dark wood décor of the old Michael V’s restaurant adapted perfectly to the transition of the building into Chippers. It looks like the inside of an upscale New Orleans restaurant. Chippers has added bright panels of modern art and the smooth sound of soft jazz in the background. Not the bright sterile environment of a chain restaurant. Nope. Chippers is a local business, serving food from recipes originated by the owner, a preacher, and managed by his daughter. There is a sign on the front door explaining that “the restaurant is short staffed, so please be patient.” Even with that restriction, the service wasn’t terribly slow. I would call it friendly, and comfortably adequate. The menu is large and enticing. Choosing the meal was challenging. My wife and I both went for different versions of the fried catfish. For her the catfish Po’boy and for me the two-piece plate. Both meals ordered with fries and slaw. The Po’boy came with a small sampling of the slaw and my plate had a large cup. I thought the slaw was good. My wife is finicky about her coleslaw. She didn’t really care for it. Both plates had a good serving of fresh seasoned fries and two large slabs of perfectly fried catfish. The Po’boy had the sub style roll and condiments to assemble the sandwich. With that much fish, it was almost impossible to manage it as a sandwich. Also on the Po’boy, was Chippers ”Peach Zaza.” It is a sweet, smoky sauce that you wouldn’t expect be paired with fried catfish. It was delicious. The waiter said that they use it on their ribs. Check their web site. They have a listing of their unique sauces.I read a review where a diner complained about the saltiness of the food. This is a valid opinion, depending upon your sensitivity to salt. As stated on the menu “All Seafood Will Be Baptized in “Sweet Jesus” A Honey Lemon Glaze or “Our Love Seasoning” Which is Our Dry Seasoning.” I chose the “Our Love Seasoning” which is an excellent salt-based blend of spices. The salt was prominent. I didn’t think it was excessive, but if you are on a salt restricted diet, you may want to go with the glaze and avoid the Love Seasoning. I had no complaint, but I salt all fried foods anyway. One last comment about the catfish. The corn meal coating was about as perfect as any I have had. It was thin, light and fried to a perfect golden crisp.I have eaten a good amount of Cajun and southern style cooking, but not in Tulsa. I’m not sure what is available, if any. Chippers Seafood and Southern is a certainly a treat. We enjoyed the mealsFor other reviews laced with superfluous, time-wasting inessential information, sarcastic diatribe and subjective opinion, follow Spike S. on Yelp and Spike Speedwell on Google“
“Amazing food. This is no standard Tex-Mex affair. Most of the menu is in Spanish with English explanation. The michelada is to die for! Their portion sizes are always greatAtmosphere: loud music, relaxed, informal, and chill servers.Customer service: normally only seen 1 or 2 waiters. The primary waiter doesn't speak much english, and I don't speak much Spanish. You can easily order even knowing no spanish. Fast, and friendly.Order accuracy: never got the wrong order and food was always good.Order speed: average wait time from order to food reaching the table. This is also very impressive because they make everything as it's ordered. All homemade fresh!Food quality: you will never be disappointed! One of the best Mexican places I've had. This is amazing Mexican NOT TEXMEX!All in all, 10/10Recommended food: tortas, guacamole, tacos, flautas, gorditas, and YOU MUST GET THE MICHELADA!“
“I ordered two large orders of fajitas for my daughter’s birthday party last minute. It was an order for twenty people. They were very friendly in taking my order after it being such late notice. The food was amazing and the portions were more than enough for my family. They helped me take my order to my car. We will be returning and we highly recommend them!!!!!“
“Ok I want to first start by saying this place has awesome authentic Mexican food. You wouldn't know from the outside. The family that runs the place are super nice. This is my life and my go to spot for Mexican food. The fajitas are awesome as well as their Pescado Frito. The salsa is great too. Ask for spicy salsa. Soooo good. My wife is very picky with queso and this is the only place she will order queso. Now you might go there and it says they are open but they aren't. DON'T MARK THEM AS CLOSED PERMANENTLY ON GOOGLE!! They are not permanent closed. Check their Facebook to see if they are open or not. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food definitely give this place a try.“
“I can't think of a single time I've been disappointed by a meal at Saltgrass Steak House, and lunch today was no exception! While the service is consistently good as well, JoAnn did a great job of taking care of me. She made sure that I had everything I needed and wanted, and checked on me frequently. Great food and great service -- what more could you want?“
“Ordered the Goong Kratiam Prik-Tai. Everything was fresh and really good. Ordered it with heat level 3. It was getting a little spicy by the time I finished the meal but if you like medium spicy, it's about right. Excellent service and food. Will definitely go again.“
“Place was really good. Menu is in Spanish/English. Ordered the shrimp ceviche and it was so amazing. Reminded me of ceviche in Costa Rica ❤️ ordered the shrimp nachos to go for hubby and he loved them tooVegetarian options: Everything can be ordered without meat“
“Wow!! The food and drinks here are amazing! We had to waive the waitress down a little, but that's okay, she was very nice. And the music from the speakers was a bit too loud for a Sunday for us personally. Hopefully they turn it down next time, but it was still family friendly as there were kids there.I had the large shrimp ceviche for $16 and they gave me a huuuuge amount. My husband had the Carne asade. The refried beans were incredible, the fish they serve with the tacos, the side of cactus was a new and very delightful experience for us as well. What an incredible hidden jem this place is!“
