“The coffee is already very expensive here. I don't like how the employees shove the credit card machine in your face and want you to touch it so they can get a tip. The tip amounts are like 15 20 and 25% which is ridiculous I guess I might wouldn't mind using it if one I got good service here. The service is never good here. I don't tip of the drive-thru because there's no point in no interaction with the employees other than them trying to speed you out of the drive-thru and get the next customers tip. I don't like feeling obligated to tip them when they have not done any service for me other than hand me my coffee which I paid for. Also if you are going to make customers touch that nasty keypad it would be a good idea to clean it off every now and then.“
