“We are a military family so when we drive through a state and see a Sonic we stop. I drive from Fort Riley, Kansas to Tulsa often and this was my first visit to Dewy July 8th 2024. The service was phenomenal. I was leaving family and returning home and a was sad. They made me smile and was patient with me when ordering. My food and drink was out in less than 5 minutes. My corn dogs were the best tasting, perfectly cooked, corn dogs I have ever had from any sonic I have ever ate at and don't get me started on my coconut cream Dr Pepper ? ? It was perfect! I will forever make it a stop when going home to visit!“

“I dunno if it's because I'm a local, or if the other people's bad reviews are true for them, but I've eaten lunch there three times in the last 3 weeks n my sandwich was outstanding every time. Checota n the girl that's been in there helpin her have been polite, friendly, and respectful. There was 4 people in line when I got in there today @ 11:55, I walked outta there with my sandwich @ 12:05.“

“When I go to a place, and I'm asked what I want for a drink, I always say, I don't care, just have fun with it. everyone else always gives me something normal, but your staff tonight understood the assignment. I was given some very delicious suicide drinks. Something I rarely get, but excited to get any time it happens.“

“When I got there to pick up my order they were pretty busy! They were trying to sort out 4 or 5 online orders, were having some kind of mix up. Even with customers being impatient and rude about it, they kept their cool and made sure everything they handed out was correct.

“Hey y’all I am writing this review to give the workers there a big thumbs up not only was the food good,but the service that Kim,and Gina gave was above,and beyond.. So for Kim,and Gina you just keep rockin it,I got the ghost pepper chicken sandwich was good,These ladies were kind enough to put the ghost ranch sauce on the side,and the ghost pepper cheese all on the side,which I just used the ghost pepper on my chicken between the spicy chicken,and the ghost pepper cheese was plenty,but I did just end up dipping my fries in the ghost pepper ranch sauce,It was the bomb,oh one more thing the new blueberry pomegranate lemonade was good as well,and most of all the place was clean !!! “Not often does a place deserve 5stars after an error a mistake was made I went back to the store once noticed was greeted with a smile and promptly met by the manager. The bright smile, happy attitude and Attentiveness defused any un happy feelings I had promptly explained what happened and made the error correct plus some. Can’t say enough good things about the woman manager on the clock at the time sadly didn’t get her name but she is an asset to the store!!!!“

Spoke to me & the person ahead of me as if we were acquaintances & not much customer service respect (Huh? What?? What else? Is that all you want? After handing my order, "Yeah, everything you asked for is in there.", closes window mid "Thank you") All this in a very un-welcoming tone & interrupting everytime I tried to complete my order, or as I was asking a question. I had to repeat my order, & questions at least twice due to her talking over me. The car ahead of me had the same treatment, as I could hear them, as they ordered as well. She wasn't 'angry rude', just spoke with harsh trude, unprofessional expressions/responses.“

“I thought Arby’s had gone downhill lately, but it turns out I was just going to the wrong location! I visited this Arby’s last night, and the experience was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was, to my surprise, fresh and hot—something I haven’t had from Arby’s in a long time.

I usually go to another location as it’s on my way out of town, and my experiences there had left me disappointed, but this one completely changed my perspective. I’ll definitely be coming to this location from now on. Keep up the great work!“

“We got the pan crust pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, and it was so delicious. The cheese to pepperoni ratio was perfect. The crust was buttery, and the perfect amount of crisp on the edges was the cherry on top. We also ordered the 10 piece mini Cinnabons, they were still warm after we finished our pizza. It was hard not to go for a 3rd!“
