“We are super grateful for the manager at this location!!! We needed 12 sandwiches quickly and she was ON IT!!! She was kind and took the time to give us the best deal possible.we definitely recommend this Subway location!!!

“Hey y’all I am writing this review to give the workers there a big thumbs up not only was the food good,but the service that Kim,and Gina gave was above,and beyond.. So for Kim,and Gina you just keep rockin it,I got the ghost pepper chicken sandwich was good,These ladies were kind enough to put the ghost ranch sauce on the side,and the ghost pepper cheese all on the side,which I just used the ghost pepper on my chicken between the spicy chicken,and the ghost pepper cheese was plenty,but I did just end up dipping my fries in the ghost pepper ranch sauce,It was the bomb,oh one more thing the new blueberry pomegranate lemonade was good as well,and most of all the place was clean !!! Y’all keep rockin it..Thanks Kim,and Gina for going above n beyond to make our dining experience nice !“

“I always get tenders with fried okra, sometimes the corn nuggets, fries, or mash potatoes with gravy. And iced tea (unsweetened mixed w/ sweet). Then finish with the roll with butter and honey. I now call the Pacific Northwest home, so it's a must when I'm visiting a place that has a Chicken Express nearby.“

“Ordered at DT. Pulled around to window. Johnathan H greeted me at the window with a smile on his face. He was a very polite young man. He has excellent customer service. I had ordered a classic roast beef. The lady that made it, Sandy is her name. This is the first time ever that the meat was distributed evenly on the bun.I called the store to let them know my experience. The lady that answered the phone was very polite and friendly. These three employees deserves the recognition. And a great BIG THANK YOU. I appreciate them and their hospitality. I recommend this Arbys #01331, at 2935 E. Frank Phillips Blvd, Bartlesville, Oklahoma 74003. If you want excellent service. The classic roast beef was delicious.

“This was a great place to stop in and burn some time while waiting on our jujitsu class to start. You can order straight from the park, plenty of benches, equipment was clean and in working order. There is pea-gravel sand underneath, and a volleyball court adjacent to the playground area (not pictured)“

“I come here to sad eat and it NEVER works because a server who has the most beautiful and happy attitude works here!! Her name is Breezy and she is awesome! The best costumer service I have ever had! Blows the high priced fancy restaurants to shame!! I hope she owns this place and if not -she should!! She treats this job like it’s precious to her! “I have to start with I'm disappointed in the rotisserie chicken, they have changed it at all the locations I have tried. It's not the same chunks of white meat anymore. This is more like canned cat food. Also why bring back and take away honey oat bread?? It's disappointing to not get my sandwich on it.
Now for the good. Because the chicken quality change and the bread coming and going is not anything store employees can control.
Tonight my husband and I went to this location and Sarah was there by herself running the store. A line of customers but she was friendly and fast. But She also took time and cared about my sandwich like she was making her own! I've Never had anyone pull the stems off my spinach (something I do but don't ask for, cause they are too busy) but she took the time to do it. She checked with me making sure I approved of everything how it went on and how much of it on my sandwich. All with a smile on her face and super nice. The work space for building sandwiches was very clean and tidy. All around a great experience I hope Sarah makes my sandwich again sometime soon!!“

“My family stopped coming here 10+ years ago because of a bad experience with employees. We decided to give y'all another shot and we are so glad we did! The pizza is so fresh and the veggies taste fresh too! We definitely are gonna be coming around alot more for sure!“

“Just a small town sonic. Nothing too crazy. Quick and easy, but the employees dont seem to be very friendly. The guy running the order messed it up several times, and the lady who brought our food was talking so low that I couldn't even hear her over thier music.“
