“In my adventures this week, I'm in Oklahoma City. I don't usually stop at burger places, but I kept seeing a sign for Brauns burgers. Alright, never heard of them, I'll give them a try.
I walk in, and immediately notice a little grocery store area. That was totally unexpected, I was expecting a restaurant.
I ordered my food, and it came up very quickly.
I decided to try their mushroom burger with bacon. Never had that before. And let me tell you, I'll never have it again. That does NOT WORK for me. Throw in mayo and lettuce, this doesn't work on a mushroom burger. I ended up picking the bacon off.

I tolerated the burger. The fries, I'm not a fry person but they weren't too bad with the dipping sauce.

I'd come back and try something else, but definitely not the mushroom burger. They were so quick!!

“I came to Arbys tonight craving a Ham and Cheese.... and a quiet space to work on a few things.
The staff there were incredibly kind, and consistently walking around cleaning.... which was nice to see.
My order was made fresh and was hot and really good (which was really nice!)
One young man (who I am pretty sure is the manager) was especially great with his customer service.
He had a headset and was working on drive thru orders.... while also cleaning, and creating a very professional space. Team members were talking kindly to each other, and even though it was slow, they were all cleaning tables and staying busy.
The dining room was spotless!
I am someone sho cares a lot about customer service and team members being respectful and kind to each other.
Sadly, that's not what I usually see when I go out.
That's why your place stood out and I wanted to take time to recognize your team.

“Every time I go into this gas station / convenience store they are so nice and so sweet. The employees greet you when you come in make small talk with you and work their butts off. There is a gentleman that works there in the mornings and he was killing it this morning. He was running two registers at once taking care of the line of customers to get it knocked down. A+ service from a gentleman whose name I think is Michael.“

“I give this “Pizza Hut” 5’stars, because every time I go there especially, when the manager named: “Nathan” is there, (he’s the one with the brownish/brunette hair); he most-definitely makes sure my food/my order is ALWAYS RIGHT!! “I had an amazing experience at the Taco Bell located at 26 E 33rd St, Edmond, OK 73013 on the night of March 1, 2025. We arrived sometime between 8:30 and 10:00 PM, and the night shift staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They greeted us with smiles and made sure to get our order exactly right.

The food was absolutely delicious, better than I expected. Everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly made. The staff's attention to detail really made a difference in our experience. We felt genuinely appreciated as customers, which is something you don't always find at fast food places.

I would definitely come back to this location! Their excellent service and amazing food have made me a loyal customer. Kudos to the night shift team for making our visit so enjoyable. If you're in the area and craving some Taco Bell, I highly recommend stopping by this location!“

But *the manager needs to attend to the machines customers use for ordering, if it is experiencing technical difficulties then put a sign up so customers can go to one that works.
* ALWAYS have cup carriers in stock. (I had 6 drinks to carry plus my bag of food, hearing that you don't have cup carriers was a downer)
* When a customer request NO TOMATO be respectful and DON'T add two slices. (There is a possibility a customer is allergic to something and request it to be subtracted *just saying)“

“This is a great sandwich place. They have hot and cold subs with various choices. The workers are friendly and they know the menu which helps when you want to try a different sub. The famous Philly is excellent. Also recommend the brownies. Lunchtime is usually quite busy but don't worry, they have a system that works that gets you through in a timely manner. We were quite surprised how well it went. Dinner isn't as busy. We only have one negative about this place.....please don't pull your ice tea so early! They have great ice tea. But if you go to dinner here at 7, the ice tea gets pulled by 7:30. Not good. How about asking the customers if they are drinking ice tea before it's pulled? Or waiting till 8 pm? Also, wish his place was bigger and had more seatings. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. 👍🏼“

“First time here . Took my Daughter for a late lunch after school . The pace was very clean and the portions are very generous . Every thing was fresh and the staff was very engaging. A staff happy to work seems rare these days . My daughter even had plenty left over that she lacked in her lunch to take with her to school tomorrow .“

I want to put a big shout out to Kyle, Tara, Memory & Gyle they all work very hard and every single one of them should be promoted to store management positions or something special for how hard they work!
Can't get employees that work harder than they do it's just not possible
