I visited Panda Express on October 2nd around 10–11 AM. I usually love their food, especially during my period, but this was a very disappointing experience. The staff were not welcoming, didn’t respond when I greeted them, and one employee ignored my requests and gave me very little chicken and rice. I left feeling really upset and disappointed.
I wanna give a special shout out for the young lady who brought my food to my vehicle. She saw that I was struggling to get to the door and she was so kind to me that is top-tier customer service.
The food is basically the same as other Panda Express locations. There is NO drive-through. Most customers eat in the dining area. I've called in a take out order twice, and I was required to go all the way through the line to find out my order was not ready. It was then that the staff started my order. It was like having to wait in line twice. It took 45 minutes to get my takeout order and my lunch break is only 30 minutes.
