“The worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Sweet n sour shrimp was interesting. I think it was imitation crab meat. I couldn’t identify what it was. The other dish had a rank smell to it. Even the fried rice and fried egg rolls were terrible.“

Doordashing food will usually diminish the quality of the food, but from happy house, best Chinese food ive had in a long time. That should say something to all of the other Chinese places in Tulsa. “Our favorite Chinese, the very best in Oklahoma. Moving here from California, we were having a hard time finding Chinese food we liked. I was looking all over for Wor Won Ton Soup and this is the only place that has it. It's called Subgum Won Ton , but its the same and just as good as in Cali. They have bbq pork too which I can't find on other menus. Everything has been fresh, delicious and huge portions. Some of our favorites beside the bbq pork and soup are - pork loin mein,( the best) egg foo young!, orange beef, beef and broccoli, happy family, beef and scallops, 3 seasons, dumplings. We haven't had anything we didn't like. We have a lot of leftovers for lunch which we love and their menu has more options than most. It is so clean in there too and they get everything right in our big order every time. We won't eat anywhere else for Chinese food. So happy to have found this little gem!“

“Chinese Gourmet Express is my favorite place to eat when visiting Woodland Hills Mall. I have been a fan of their food since their first location at Promanade Mall, when their burbon chicken was only $5 a plate.

Fast forward through the years and it is still the same great tasting burbon chicken, just cost more due to inflation, but I still LOVE it!
When the cravings for Chinese hits, we will even drive to the mall just to go to the food court for this burbon and chicken.

During our visit, we went with two of the 2 item combos that included the rice. One was with the general tso chicken and broccoli and beef, while the other was merely a double order of burbon chicken with extra sauce on the rice.

I was told the other meal was good but the burbon chicken was still better. I personally only ate the burbon chicken, and it was perfect. They had just brought a new fresh pan of it out of the kitchen as well.

Overall, I would recommend visiting the Chinese Gourmet Express located at the Woodland Hills Mall. I will not vouch for other foods there, except the burbon chicken. There is nothing else around quite like it!“

“I have been eating here since the 1990’s my kids now love all the boba teas & smoothies. The food is always fresh & worth the wait cause there is almost always a line.“

The woman who usually helps with my order, Brittany, always takes great care of me too ... checks my order as being prepared and makes sure it's right. “I've never eaten here but I pick up doordash orders for other people. Every time I come in the woman (presumably the owner) is always friendly. She greets all of her customers, interacts with them and ses to remember everyone! She picks up conversations right where customers left off from the last visit. However, their prices have went up so much which I get is just part of the world at this point but damn the best part about this place was it was a good cheap meal and it filled you up now it cost just as much as anything else so I remember when the lunch special was 495 when I first moved here like eight years ago and now I can’t even get a side order of sweet-and-sour chicken in without it being $13 for just the order of chicken, which is crazy“
