We arrived later in the evening with a group, but there was no greeter or other employee - we found our group on our own. The only time I personally saw am employee was when our food was delivered.“

“Co-worker brought lunch back to the office that made it smell like a steakhouse and offered me a bite of the loaded mash potato with pulled pork.. I was ruined, I HAD to leave immediately and get my own. For $9, I got a heaping helping of mashed potatoes with cheese, ranch, pulled pork and BBQ sauce. “We love to visit our Tulsa Hills Albert G’s pretty often, and we always have great service. Tonight when we were walking out my 3 year old spilled her iced tea all over the foyer by the hostess stand. Honestly, I was a little embarrassed that she spilled it right in the middle of where everyone was walking. There was a guy working named Carlos that came rushing over, and immediately asked what she had to drink. I figured he was probably annoyed and trying to find the best way to clean it up, but he was actually running back to the kitchen to get her a fresh one right away. He was so nice and got down to her level to offer it to her and make sure she was happy. The girls at the hostess stand were SO nice about it and cracking jokes too. And listen, I’m sure staff are supposed to remain professional, even if they’re annoyed, but when I tell you the staff literally acted like she was a royal princess and they were happy to clean up after her, I mean it. Def made my night that they didn’t get frustrated and embarrass us more. Thanks Carlos & everyone else!“

“The food was delicious. However, we ordered 6 lb of barbecue to go and even though we asked repeatedly about sauce we were given no sauce. I would advise you to check your bags before you leave. Even if they tell you there is sauce in the bag.“

“Al is absolutely wonderful. We stopped in on our way south for vacation. Al the bartender, cook, entertainment and owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The regular patrons were very friendly as well. The outside is a little intimidating but very glad we stopped in.“

“We had an awesome experience at Longhorn Restaurant on E. 71st Tulsa on July 5 2025.

I want to give a glowing review for CARL, the manager at Longhorn Steakhouse.

Background story: My son was diagnosed with severe life threatening food allergies to peanut, egg, and tree nuts when he was 18 mos old. He went into anaphylactic shock necessitating a trip to the ER, when I fed him Chinese food at a restaurant. Ever since then, we always brought his food when we go out to eat cause of potential cross contamination.

He is now 13 y/o and today was his first time eating restaurant food. Carl, was so kind, accommodating, attentive and genuinely cared when answering all our questions (UNLIKE John, the general manager at Texas de Brazil in Tulsa -refer to my other review.)

Carl told us that they cook food on a separate pan with separate cooking utensils on a separate grill for their guests with food allergies and that they also have food allergy menu. Let me tell you...seeing my son happy, loving, and enjoying eating the sirloin steak and bake potato, really melted my heart. Praise God that he blessed us with people like Carl and our waitress, Destiny, who both really made this day special for my son. Customer service was phenomenal and food was delicious! Our steaks (husband and I) were juicy and tender. The icing on the cake was when Carl, out of the kindness of his heart, gave my son a company rubber bracelet, company pen, and $10 GC to commemorate the day. We will forever be patrons of this restaurant.“

Food was great, nothing too greasy, the onion rings were not oily like most places, perfectly crispy.
Husband was a little sad about no replacement lemon for his water but it was great

Dietary restrictions: Great about checking stuff for allergies. They actually came back with a list of what I CAN eat instead of a list of what I can’t, which is what most people do. Everything’s home made so they know what all is in it, very nice
