“Great atmosphere; lots of posters of great soul, jazz and blues artists, particularly of B.B. King. Lots of rib options, more than anywhere else I've seen.

All the stuff you'd expect to find on the menu, the only exception is no smoked turkey, but smoked salmon on the menu; that's unique.

Smoked sausage was delicious, a cut above; the rest of the meats were good but pretty on par with most BBQ places.

I didn't like the potato salad, which was made with mashed potatoes. Baked beans tasted like they came out of a can.

Next time I go back I'll order more of the smoked sausage, and I'd like to try the hot links as well.“

“I love eating here and am thankful to have all the great options in the Williams Center. The people who work at this Rib Crib are friendly and quick and always get my order right. The food is excellent, one of the better options in downtown Tulsa. It isn't too expensive for the quality, especially compared to all the other options downtown. I wanted to write this today because the only other reviews this location has are written by cheapskates unfairly comparing this food-hall-style location to other full-size, standalone Rib Cribs.“

“We dined in last night and our experience could not have been finer! We had a bit of a mishap at our table that ruined a third of our order. Manager came right out replaced our entire table order. No questions asked. I’m getting old and Service like this is so rare nowadays! The young man who waited our table was very polite and smiling and that too is so nice to see! “We love to visit our Tulsa Hills Albert G’s pretty often, and we always have great service. Tonight when we were walking out my 3 year old spilled her iced tea all over the foyer by the hostess stand. Honestly, I was a little embarrassed that she spilled it right in the middle of where everyone was walking. There was a guy working named Carlos that came rushing over, and immediately asked what she had to drink. I figured he was probably annoyed and trying to find the best way to clean it up, but he was actually running back to the kitchen to get her a fresh one right away. He was so nice and got down to her level to offer it to her and make sure she was happy. The girls at the hostess stand were SO nice about it and cracking jokes too. And listen, I’m sure staff are supposed to remain professional, even if they’re annoyed, but when I tell you the staff literally acted like she was a royal princess and they were happy to clean up after her, I mean it. Def made my night that they didn’t get frustrated and embarrass us more. Thanks Carlos & everyone else!“

“Brought my MIL for her 81st birthday last night. Everything was fantastic. The food was great, chicken was really moist. Didn't care for the queso (they aren't a mex place, kiddo wanted it) but it was a Velveta cheese for sure. Again we weren't at a Mexican rest. so this did not bother us. Our server Star was really great and even joined with us to sing Happy B-day. Great job Star and Rib Crib.“

“Al is absolutely wonderful. We stopped in on our way south for vacation. Al the bartender, cook, entertainment and owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The regular patrons were very friendly as well. The outside is a little intimidating but very glad we stopped in.“

“I’ve visited this Longhorn location a few times, and overall, I’ve had a great experience each visit. As long as I get the right waitress, the service is usually excellent. The staff is generally friendly and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable. There was only one time where the service wasn’t quite up to par, but every other time, it’s been wonderful. I usually order the filet mignon, and it’s always cooked perfectly to my liking—tender, juicy, and full of flavor.

There was one occasion when I decided to try the lamb chops, but I found that they weren’t to my taste. However, the staff handled it exceptionally well. They immediately offered to replace the dish with something else, and I went back to my usual filet mignon. The replacement steak was, once again, cooked to perfection, and they made sure to correct any mistakes without hesitation.

I really appreciate their customer service and how quickly they address any issues that may arise. It's the kind of service that keeps me coming back. All in all, Longhorn continues to be one of my go-to spots for a great steak dinner, and I’m sure I’ll be returning soon.“

Food was great, nothing too greasy, the onion rings were not oily like most places, perfectly crispy.
Husband was a little sad about no replacement lemon for his water but it was great

Dietary restrictions: Great about checking stuff for allergies. They actually came back with a list of what I CAN eat instead of a list of what I can’t, which is what most people do. Everything’s home made so they know what all is in it, very nice
