“garlic knots were so hard they couldn't be chewed. could hardly cut with a knife. Cobb salad had way too much dressing and it was already mixed in. the chicken or what they called chicken on it was inedible. beware they charge you $2 for each little cup of sauce with the garlic knots and 2.95 for each pizza ingredient. way over priced and bad quality. we'll stick with hideaway from now on.“

Love the rock and roll decor on the walls and loved hearing Depeche Mode “Word In My Eyes” as I enjoyed my slice. “For the most part hideaway is a good place to eat. But my visit last night was no so good. We set down ordered our drinks and appetizers. My wife had to remind our waiter to bring me my beer. He then took our pizza order. Our appetizers arrived warm not hot like they had been setting on the counter too long. We eat them and just thought they are a little busy, no harm. 20 min later our pizza was brought out. The crust was warm and the toppings were cold. We told our waiter and he went and got the manager who said do you want to box it up and take it home and warm it up? I told him no and he came back I will give it to you for free. I again said no I will pay for my beer, wife’s drink and raviolis. The manager would hardly make eye contact with my with and I and when he laid the bill on the table he said sorry as he walked off. The waiter wasn’t much better instead of playing games with the table behind us he should have been keeping a eye on our orders. I will continue to eat at hideaways just not the one on S. Memorial.“

I was told a manager will call me in 1-2 weeks about the issue! I then asked the workers his name and he replied “it’s not important “ . “A i love dominos pizza i eat it every mid week either Wednesday or Thursday. I always order for pick-up since it’s by my house. The pizza is the best by far than any other pizza place. I never leave a review until tonight but i ordered 2 XL Alfredo chicken pizzas over the phone and they sometimes don’t give you the total over the phone and when i went to pick up the pizzas the total was $47.23. I was shocked by the high price for 2 pizzas. Dominos has the best tasting pizza by far and they know it so they’ve increased their prices over the years.

“Sure the food is good, but the management is a joke. You have a clearly incompetent team at the Fort Smith location. One is rude to customers, one yelled at me, locked me outside of the building while I was in active seizure status asking for help, all the while he was keeping my caregiver inside the building. Customers helped me while the manager named Steve watched and showed little to no empathy or care while I back to back seize. Then he proceeded to threaten my partners job if my partner left to help get me to the hospital. Steve bullied me in front of customers and employees. Because bullying a disabled individual into a seizure by berating me was acceptable behavior, right? Another manager is HIV positive. This location is a mess. I am just thankful for the customers that helped me on the wheelchair ramp after I was forced out of the building while trying to bring my spouse his insulin. 0/10 for abusing a disabled person.“
