Lilee was our server n she did an excellent job of serving, Lilee checked on our table several times, we didn’t have to ask for anything. The food was great, except the sweet potato I ordered, it was burnt, everyone enjoyed their meal. I would go back to the restaurant just to have Lilee serve me.”

When I called to verify everything, I was told that my reservation was never put down and they probably wouldn't be able to make it work. I panicked and started calling places. I spoke with the manager and he said that we could have it there and bent over backwards to accommodate us in every way he could. I appreciate this soooooo much. I did not want to tell my 9 year old that he couldn't have his party! Thank you so much LOL”

“We paid & booked a birthday party on Dec 8th for 2 hours on Dec 15th, 2024. Day of the party (today) we called to verify everything was good & to ask about candles for the cake. My husband gave our confirmation number & was told that our party date has passed & we didn't show up & a refund would not be issued. They said i booked the party for Dec 9th, but i did NOT, I booked it for today the 15th. We asked if we could just walk in for a party today and they told us no & couldn't accommodate us. So we had to hustle last minute to find somewhere to have our kid's party. (LOL did a fantastic job accommodating us on such short notice!!) Two hours AFTER our originally planned party time at ChuckECheese & in the middle of our party at LOL, they called me to ask if we were still coming! I informed them of what we were told earlier about our party not being scheduled & was told that was a mistake by an employee. Was also told that our refund would NOT be issued, only credit to the establishment. Nah, never again!”

Every single flavor they offer also comes in sugar-free, which is something we never find, especially when traveling. We were able to stop in and grab my son a sugar-free hot chocolate without worrying, and that alone makes his whole day! It makes me so, so, SO happy that he gets to be included in something as simple as a coffee run 🤍 Whenever we’re in town visiting from Florida, this is always a stop we look forward to. It’s honestly the only place we’ve found between both states with this many sugar-free options. Highly recommend, especially for anyone needing low or sugar-free choices without sacrificing flavor!”

“I live in Dallas. I went to visit my Nephew in Lawton. I found this restaurant online & WHAT A FIND!! I stopped on the out for food to bring home. I bought 2 dinners. As soon as I walked in the house I tore into those sacks. With my first bites I was taken back to my 'Grand Mama's' kitchen Sundays after Church! OMG!!! I had meatloaf, greens, yams & cabbage on 1 plate. Chicken & dressing on the other plate! EVERYTHING WAS DEELICIOUS!! If I have to pick a favorite - I can't. The seasoning, the LARGE portions were ALL on point! BTW the service was GREAT, the restaurant was CLEAN. This place is a PERFECT 10!! My next visit won't be soon enough.”

“Five Guys in Lawton, OK is one of my autistic son’s safe places to eat. He LOVES Five Guys. It is also one of my safe places because it is Celiac friendly and I never get sick after eating there. There is a worker there named Camron who always goes out of his way to talk to my autistic son and be extra nice to us. My son actually lights up and responds to Camron, which is pretty rare for him. We talked to Camron again today when we went to Five Guys, and were sad to learn he is going to be moving out of state soon. He insisted on getting a photo with us and said that my son was really special to him. Every time my son Judah gets his food, he always exclaims “FRENCH FRIES!!!!” In pure excitement. Camron said it always made his day to hear Judah’s excitement for French fries. Thankful for people like Camron who go out of their way to be extra kind and accommodating to our family. 🥰🙌🏼 @fiveguys we appreciate you!”

“We had the catapillar roll, shaggy dog roll, hibachi chicken, shrimp, and steak. Everything tasted wonderful and presented well. The portions for hibachi were huge. The ginger salad and soup it came with were great as well. Overall dont judge this place by the outside and dont let that deter you. The staff was very nice and we will be back!”

“I order pizza and wings and drinks on 12/19/20 and they shorten my wings I didn’t get 20 pieces that I paid for.. they didn’t give me my drinks, I had to go back and get them the guy was nice and apologized for the drinks Order again on 12/24/20 get home and the cheesey bread is not cut my pepperoni pizza had both types when I asked for old world,,pizzas were not cut all the way I had to cut them myself my wings were suppose to be well done well they r not and a drizzle of bbq didn’t put the garlic sauce on the pizza crust Everything else was good I just hope that a manager could call me and msg me about these issues and it gets fixed I would love to come again but the issues need to be corrected”

“**somehow changed to "recommends"... we do NOT recommend** My mother decided to treat us to Chick fil A for a family get together this evening, so she put an order in right about 5. She had to call to correct the address that was in the app. We got a notification that the food was delivered but hadn't received it, so I called the store to check. It turned out that it was delivered to the wrong address, so the manager, Jared, said they would take care of it and get our order to the right address as soon as they could. The folks that received our food called us to see if they could help get our food to us, but we told them Chick-fil-A was already in the process of taking care of us. After waiting about an hour, we tried calling again but the lines were tied up - we left a message but didn't get a call back. Eventually I went up there to resolve the situation and was told they couldn't do anything because the food was accepted at the wrong address. So we are now sitting here figuring out what to eat after 2 and a half hours and my kids are very disappointed, not to mention my mother who just got robbed out of $180. We have always believed Chick-fil-A's customer service was reliable, but this is worse than even the mediocre fast food places. Terribly upsetting.”

We went through the drive-through for a pick up order, got home and our food was so wet both meals had soaked completely through the cardboard boxes leaving an unappetizing puddle in the bottom of the plastic bag. There’s no reason for that sort of poor preparation. Debating whether we’ll go back or not.”

I got a white rice, black-bean, chicken, and queso bowl with chips and queso, as well as a cookie because I love sweets and everything was great! I wasn't expecting to go home with any leftover but they give you great portions! The chips and questions are just fantastic and the cookie was great.

The people who work there were super nice and energetic despite it being a quarter past seven at night. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Service was great, food was great, everything was clean.
