“I love Arby's but this one had been nothing but either poor service, closed during normal hours (7pm) and poor food quality(cold and/or old). this one is right around the corner from my house but I will drive over to the one on 12th and janeway from now on. or even the one on 104th and May. We were giving it another chance but 3x and your out for us. I know our family isn't going to make or break a store or people's opinions but something needs to change at this location weather it's management or what.“

“Wasn’t planning on stopping but my daughter is a type 1 diabetic and her number was slowly dropping so we stopped to get lunch. Went through drive thru and when I placed my I asked to add a kid size sweet tea to bring up her number. The lady at the window asked if I needed a carry for our drinks. I said no ma’am the sweet tea is about to be gone pretty fast because my daughter is a diabetic and her number is dropping. She handed us our drinks and then shut the window and reopened it another kids size tea. I told her thank you again because it was appreciate it!!

“Most of the time the food is always hot. In any given moment if you wanted fish or poppers they made you wait for fresh. Now if you don’t ask for them fresh you may or may not get fresh. I don’t like rubber fish and if it isn’t hot & crispy, it’s rubber to me!“

“I recommend only because for the most part in the drive through it has been ok. I have never been inside. Apparently special orders still throw you off. I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon, no onion or ketchup. It was repeated back to me twice. Got home-they held the onion & ketchup & oops, the bacon! So aggravating.“

“The workers were so sweet and kind!!! The cinnamon rolls we had to wait for but they were warm and delicious. I got the chicken strips and my grandma got the chicken fried steak. The chicken and the ocra were a little under flavored but still tasted good. My grandma has no complaints and we will definitely come back!!“

“I am leaving the five-star review because of Logan and her close co-workers! Now, the overall service, including the cake experience and fast food service, I would give it a 3.5-star review. Back in 2023 (the only two times we tried eating fries in Dairy Queen), the fast food process was inefficient, and the staff made it look like we were part of the problem! The cake ordering and delivery were significantly better however! Yes, there were some misunderstandings and “slip-ups”, but that was rare. And when it did happen, they, particularly Logan, fixed the problem in the most wonderful way!!! Logan is such a sweetheart (I haven’t gotten the chance to meet her personally yet)! She’s always sweet and eager to take my custom cake order and make it herself! And her cakes are superb! She always has a resolution to any problem that arises! In conclusion, I will say this: Do they make delicious cakes? Yes! Is their service good? Mostly. So, despite some errors, I will continue to order cakes from them because Logan is a fantastic cake maker and an enthusiastic person who always knows how to solve problems!“

Obviously this was frustrating, spoke with the staff and they immediately gave me a full bag of chips before I could even explain, and no charge. They were very kind and spoke to my 3-year-old about his birthday etc. They have a very friendly staff, good food and they have a great bar of salsas inside.“

“I jump between Midwest City and Moore because I live smack dab in between, but Moore is just the best. The management is kind, quick to help, and welcoming. Not every worker is bright eyed and ready to go be social, but that's fine, not everyone will be. Moore is a fantastic location and Midwest City should be avoided at all costs. 100000% worth the longer drive.“

“The drive thru wasn't too busy at the time. Was in and out super quick. What made it great was the employee! Great attitude with a smile. Something I don't see very often anymore in fast food. Wish I remembered her name. She deserves a raise as she represented taco bell very well.“
