I want to give a shout out to the crew on 12th street in Moore, Oklahoma. This is the best crew I've dealt with in a long time. Last couple times I've been there they have been great. So friendly. They work together as a team. My son has a meat allergy, Alpha Gal. Can't even have milk products. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate him. I'll continue to eat there as long as that crew remains. Hats off!!

45 total minutes. That’s how long it took to get our food on Tuesday, 9/26.
20 minutes. That’s how long I waited for them to bring the food out to our vehicle from the order that we placed at the drive thru.
0. The amount of wait left in me after those 20 minutes…so I walked inside the store.
15 minutes. That’s how long I and 4 other customers waited in the lobby for someone to acknowledge that we were there.

The cashier, referred to as "Doc," skillfully handled multiple requests during a busy holiday rush with patience and kindness. Customers have noted that the food is nice and fresh, and many have praised the fantastic service, highlighting the helpfulness and kindness of the manager and staff. One customer specifically mentioned that the chicken was cooked to perfection. However, there have been complaints about the air conditioner not working, making it uncomfortable for both customers and employees. Additionally, there have been issues with wait times at the drive-thru, which some found frustrating. Overall, KFC continues to offer excellent customer service and amazing food.
