I want to give a shout out to the crew on 12th street in Moore, Oklahoma. This is the best crew I've dealt with in a long time. Last couple times I've been there they have been great. So friendly. They work together as a team. My son has a meat allergy, Alpha Gal. Can't even have milk products. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate him. I'll continue to eat there as long as that crew remains. Hats off!!

Put an order in online accidentally while trying to check the prices. Tried to cancel it and they don't answer their phone in store or have a cancellation button online. It finally took so long for me to get to the point of talking to someone at KFC to try and cancel it that they had already put the order in and started it. So now I have to wait until leadership contacts me to cancel the dmn order. And your associates can't even bother to tell me if I'm waiting for hours days...read full review

Customers have noted that the food is nice and fresh, and many have praised the fantastic service, highlighting the helpfulness and kindness of the manager and staff. One customer specifically mentioned that the chicken was cooked to perfection. However, there have been complaints about the air conditioner not working, making it uncomfortable for both customers and employees. Additionally, there have been issues with wait times at the drive-thru, which some found frustrating. Overall, KFC continues to offer excellent customer service and amazing food.
