“My husband and I went to McAlister’s in Moore last night. I was having an issue with my app and order inside and the general manager came over to assist. He and the person taking my order were so nice and helpful. I would recommend 100% and I was very thankful for their patience and help.“

“Ordered at the wrong location on app. We had a coupon code that we were afraid we wouldn’t be able to use again if we cancelled. The manager, Crystal, took our order and honored the code. Oscar working along side her was great too.“

“Not a terrible store, it’s crazy people don’t understand the reason why they don’t take coupons. It’s a Franchise so they have the right to take it or not. But my only issue with this store is a lack of urgency. They move so slowww! But customer service is great.“
