“We always use the drive up but this is by far the best Arby's prepared food in the Oklahoma city metro, the people are nice, clean and friendly..... the wait is short and truly great fast food with a smile.... it beats any of the other's in tri city Newcastle Oklahoma.... the rest could take lessons.“

“This is my Sonic, never really have any issues. This last visit they went a little heavy on the mustard. Such a strong flavor, I wouldn't have minded heavy ketchup by accident. We all have our off days, just careful on the mustard, the app keeps trying to make me go to the Tuttle one.“

“As seniors we appreciate Sonic having the $1.99 menu since we are on a fixed income. It was nice to go out for a hamburger. Food was good. Only issue was the person taking the order was confused about the $1.99 menu and it we were a little frustrated with ordering. Car hop wasn't that friendly. But we will try again, since it was only our 1st visit.“

“Love me some pizza! Sunday I pulled a 12 hour shift at work and was beyond exhausted when I got off work! So I did what any reasonable hungry and tired pizza lover does, I got online and ordered a stuffed crust pizza and some garlic knots! By the time I got to Newcastle my pizza was coming out of the oven! Let me tell you it was so yummy! Thank you!“

“They need some extra hands on Sunday...Depending on the time u go its beyond busy and it seems there is only ever 1 person there which makes the wait time absurd.The Gal who helped me today was very nice and patient with myself and the line she had behind me.But im not sure why they dont have staff on a sunday in a busy station like that.“

“Only have had one “not so great” experience here. My food is generally fresh and HOT when I receive it, if there is a wait they are always apologetic. Tonight they were SLAMMED and running out of chicken and people were being so hateful, show some grace I promise they are working as fast as they can.“

“Every time I come here It’s like they’re almost gonna mess up my order cause they almost mess it up at the drive thru but it’s always perfect when I check my bag. The food is fresh. The customer service is on point. The service is fast! I give this McDonald’s a 10/10. We even came last night a not realizing 30 minutes before they closed and they didn’t run out of any of their food it was just a small wait. I’m happy with this location!“

“Went back to restaurant after talking to their corporate offices about a food issue. Jeff in corporate, said the company wanted to rectify the issue and offered replacement of food or refund. I accepted a refund from the manager. I will return to that place of business as they rectified the issue.“
