“i had a blast with my dad here. we were a little out of the age bracket but no one made us feel like it. get the carnitas tacos and literally all the drinks. we had most. great job Palo!“

“Had a great time celebrating my birthday with my family. Also I was surprised that this place was kid friendly and made eating with children easy. The waitress even brought out a toy box that had so many little toys the Christen got to pick from. We came on a very busy day so of course the area we sat at was a bit tight for our part lot of 8 but it still worked and was a great dining experience. For our first time there we enjoyed the service, food and atmosphere. I don't mind going again but maybe during the day before summer is over.“

“Without a doubt one of the more fun and unique places that I visited while in OKC. We came in for a nightcap and took advantage of the humidor and nice selection of cigars. The room was very relaxing and welcoming. Service was spectacular but only second to the quality of our drinks. Will return next time I make it to the City.“

“I had the Pad Kee Mao and their spice level goes from 1–5. I initially ordered a level 4 because I love spicy food and usually don’t have an issue with heat. OMG. That level 4 humbled me. The spice was so overbearing that I couldn’t even enjoy the food. It was just constant heat on my tongue, almost like a tongue burn if that makes sense. I ended up asking to have it remade at a level 1, which they did with no problem.

If you like spicy food, I would honestly recommend starting at a level 2 and working your way up. Everyone’s spice tolerance is different, but I’ve tried plenty of spicy food around the city and nothing has really gotten me like this place did.

The food itself came out hot and freshly made, which I can always appreciate. For appetizers, I had the edamame and steamed gyoza. Edamame is always a good salty little snack for me. Next time I’d like to try one of their noodle dishes.

The drinks were good and Angel, the bartender, was great. Very attentive, good conversation and he was responsible for the music playlist and did his thang. I was actually surprised I ended up hanging out here for about 3–4 hours, but I was also socializing with other people at the bar and was enjoying myself.

I also love that they're open until 2AM, which is a rare find in this city. I’m giving it 5 stars based on the service and atmosphere alone. I would come back.“

“A perfect indoor and outdoor bar lounge with equal parts vibe, energy, and chill. The whole space feels intentionally balanced. The cocktails are fun, thanks to Joe, he made some perfect French 75’s! The atmosphere is lively without being overwhelming. It’s a great concept that delivers on both sides, making it an easy go‑to spot for good times with friends or a laid back day and night spot.“

“Kat’s Tavern is hands down one of my favorite spots. Caroline and Sarah are absolute rock stars behind the bar. They know my drink, often have it ready before I even ask, and somehow manage to make everyone feel welcome no matter how busy it gets. They’re sweet, always smiling, full of great energy, and genuinely excellent at what they do. The rest of the ladies behind the bar are fantastic too.
Karaoke nights are always a blast, the dartboards and pool table keep things lively, and the back patio is perfect when you want some fresh air. The crowd is always an entertaining, eclectic mix of people, which is part of what gives Kat’s its personality.
I also really appreciate the security team. They do an excellent job and make it a place where you can relax, have fun, and feel safe.
