We went to this location this evening for the first time in years. Kristen was working the front counter and was extremely rude from the beginning. Didn’t greet us didn’t say thank you. Almost ran my husband over walking back to the counter at one point. She didn’t say excuse me or ‘m sorry. She is a horrible representation for your company. Absolutely despicable!!!
The manager actually re-served food to me that had already been served to a prior customer but then returned by them for being the wrong order.
The manager was clearly upset that I didn't accept it but she did give a refund.
She still didn't toss the food though, she walked it back to the kitchen.
The place needs a no-notice health inspection.
I may report it.
