Favorite for us with friends is the small space with the big picture window to the brewery. Patio is great also with evening fire pits, grab some beers. Food from a truck or the parlor. Clean, tasty, a mix of seating from cozy soft seating to big tables and patio, the staff were kind and knowledgeable, the crowd was that perfect mix of not-to-rodwy but welcoming enough to go in by yourself and make friends. They have their own parking area which is nice! They have themed nights like trivia and DND mini painting. Definitely planning to go back!“

This has been my favorite brewery in OK for years, and despite living in Tulsa for 30 years and visiting OKC, at least 3 or 4 times a year today was my first time visiting the taproom. “I'll be honest, I never knew this place existed until I was headed down to the Thunder Parade. I was looking for a place to park (which was a nightmare), and I saw a tent set up in the parking lot of Anthem Brewing Co. I rolled down my window and asked the guys in the tent if I could pay to park there. One of the guys said that it was fine if I parked in the grass and not to worry about paying. If I wanted to buy a water or a beer, that would be fine. I don't drink, and I had a water already, so I told them I'd figure something out to pay them back for thier kindness. They were all very nice and couldn't have been more welcoming and kind. I own a small business myself and 90% of our success is being kind and welcoming to all of our patients. It is the same with the folks at Anthem Brewing Co. I can't thank you guys enough for your small act of generosity that day. It made an already good morning that much better! “The Big Friendly may be small in size, but it definitely lives up to its name! We took a little drive around the charming neighborhood before stopping in for a drink, and we’re so glad we did. The vibe is welcoming, the beer selection is great, and the atmosphere is just right for both adults and kids. I tried the Blackberry Blossom and it quickly became a new favorite—delicious and refreshing! The space itself is cozy but offers both indoor and outdoor seating, which gave us the flexibility to find the perfect spot to relax. One of my favorite features was the sweet little room under the stairs filled with kids' books—it’s such a thoughtful touch for families. They also had fun branded merch, including hats and even some items for kids (perfect for beer-loving parents looking for a souvenir). Plus, we scored a few free stickers to add to our growing collection! We also enjoyed the pizza place right next door and loved that there’s a playground just outside—it made for the perfect, low-key afternoon with something for everyone. “Driving through town pretty late on a cold night. Stopped here after visiting The Big Friendly and discovering they don't allow dogs inside. This place is open fairly late, dogs are welcome inside, and they have a good variety of beers, including sours. Would recommend. 🍻“

“The danger in giving a 5 star review is that your favorite spot will become crowded and lose its charm. That said, we often go and are the only couple at the bar which isn’t right for a place this awesome. Great microbrewery with a wonderful space for a group to get together and watch a game on 2 huge tvs. The upstairs space is perfect for a book club or get together with friends when you don’t want to clean your house. They encourage you to bring in food and there are some delicious Britton District eateries on the same block. The brewery is family and dog friendly. Why aren’t you already there?“

She was incredibly attentive and friendly without being intrusive. She made some excellent recommendations, and her timing was perfect—our drinks were always full, and our food arrived exactly when we wanted it to. “Used to go here all the time when we lived up the road. Food was always great. Went today after they opened and was very disappointed in the food. The gravy on the snitzel was congealed and cold as was the beer chease for the pretzel. Gravy is a sauce, not a jelly. We just took it home and it was even worse when we tried to reheat it. Won't be returning after wasting our money.“
