“My server, Nancy, was simply the best! Prompt service, very friendly and kind throughout the whole encounter. She was knowledgeable of the menu and was able to save us some money with the 3 for me special that we did not even know about! We will be back to hopefully see Nancy. “Same great food you’ve come to know and love (although those chicken crisper prices are getting quiteeee high). Seated quickly. Server was fine and got everything right, just half the time he wasn’t really making eye contact with us so it was hard to tell if he was talking to us or not. Haha“
“I just want to say as a gig worker who picks up and delivers food from various restaurants and who have dealt with many employees. Jay from Chillis is the most consistent employee that I have ever come across. There was a time When we were required to park, our cars and employees at this restaurant will bring our orders to us. He would always come out and do his job regardless of if it was raining snowing or 100°. Some employees would not. Every interaction with him is always met with a smile and an eagerness to help us as quickly as possible, and to get us on our way. It is rare to see young employees show such professionalism. He gets it he knows that we are a team. He does his job and we do our job. We all win. We all get good ratings and repeat customers. Like the saying goes if you were starting a company, would he be one of your first hires and the answer would be definitely yes! I am not exaggerating. I know that nobody’s perfect, but he has been perfect for years in all of my interactions with him and I have told him how proud I am of him as well as a few managers at this store. I hope that Chili’s really appreciates him and rewards him for all of his hard work and for making our day when see him! I say again i’m not just talking about restaurant employees. I’m talking about all company employees including places like Target, Walmart, Home Depot etc….that I have dealt with. Including management. Nobody provides greater customer service than him! “Visited Apr. 12th and took a seat at the bar. No one was tending the bar and then this nice lady appeared and said she was actually on her break and was going to help me. I ordered a beer and the food. The food came out really hot and fresh which was perfect. I sat and watched TV while I ate. There are 5 large screens behind the bar. I was there for a out an hour and the lady came by once to check on me. Overall good experience!“
“I just left and am immediately writing a review in the parking lot, because it needs to be known! I hadn't been to Chili's in awhile, for no particular reason. The currently viral videos of CEO's of fast food places eating their establishments' burgers got me to revisit. I was amazed at the quality, amount of food and price! But most of all, I was very impressed by the waiter, Devin, at the W.Memorial Rd. location in OKC. He had a positive, cheerful attitude that stood out!
The whole staff is to be commended at that location. But Devin being my server, stood out. Thankyou, and I will be back many more times. 👍“
